I'm surprised that Philadelphia was colder during the same time as long as you are not in the mountain. When you go to see the Matterhorn, then it's really cold. We were just lucky that it was not bad when we went, but it was wet!
Switzerland is also the favourite destination for watch afficionados particularly in Geneva where the world renowned watchmakers are based, my favourite is in Lengnau in the Canton of Bern where the famous watch company RADO has its headquarters and factory is located founded in 1917.
Sir, you should visit Azores islands of Portugal too, relatively different from Switzerland on winter time. I've been in the whole of Switzerland too lots of friends there I stayed with them not in the hotel. Yes, it's a bit expensive compared here in Portugal.
I have been to Portugal, but it was a while back. I understand Portugal is one of the lesser expensive destination. Maybe someday I will visit it again. But there are still so much to see around the world. I wish war will stop in all areas as they are really beautiful to visit and see.
You should visit Heidelberg in the German state of Baden Württemberg it has a strong connection with the Philippines as our National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal trained as an Eye Doctor in the town's "Augenklinik" or Eye Clinic in German also the town of Wilhelmsfeld where he stayed in 1886 at the house of Pastor Karl Ulmer that still stands today and the street that runs along the house is named in his honor called "Jose Rizal Straße" and the town has a sister city relationship with Calamba City, Laguna Rizal's birthplace.
@@vloggergrandpa2707 You can even cross the border into Austria by train my favourite place is Salzburg the birthplace of the renowned composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart also Prague in the Czech Republic one of the most beautiful cities in Europe visit the Estate Theatre where in 1790 premiered the famous Mozart opera "Don Giovanni".
@@vloggergrandpa2707 I'll be heading to Bodø, Norway 🇳🇴 in July as it's the European Capital of Culture for 2024 and going to see again the Midnight Sun 🌞 as the city lies above the Arctic Circle.
Grandpa as an accountant, can you do a video and talk about inherited properties in the Philippines and how it’s being treated in the US in terms of filing income taxes for a citizen and permanent resident please. Thank you po🙏🙏
Hello Sir, I love your channel and all your knowledge. I hope you can help with my question. I am a US citizen living in the USA and I turn 62 October 2025 20 months away LOL I am just married a philipina on a K-1 visa to the USA and we are in the process of receiving green card for her. We want to move back to the Philippines on my retirement at 62. My son will live at my USA residence. I have listened to your videos and advice on receiving Social Security benefits in the Philippines and or keeping USA bank account. I am still very confused about this process and what decision I would like to make. I do plan on living in the Philippines permanently but I will still own a house in Florida USA that my son will be living in. Can I have Social Security checks deposited in my USA account and transfer money as needed with me living in the Philippines? Or will I need to have my Social Security benefits sent to the Philippines where I will be residing? I appreciate any advice and help you could give. Thank you and GOD BLESS YOU River North. E G III
I would continue to have social security checks deposited to your US bank account and transfer the money to the Philippines as needed. Also, for being married to a filipina, you can apply for a permanent resident visa.
Hey grandpa can we ask something po. Kase meron kami binili na condo robinson galleria po supposedly this year ang closing tapos na delayed for one year kase pandemic.
That will depend on the corntract you signed. I had a reverse situation. My co do was finished one year ahead. DMCI allowed me to settle right away or stick with the contract I signed and close later. I opted to settle early since I was already retired. Again, check your contract.
@@vloggergrandpa2707 according to our contract we are supposed to close may this year but the condo is not done yet. We are scared because they are not even done the tower two. They want us to pay the closing this may one. What if they are not done even this year and we pay them . Anyway thanks for the answer.
@mariegaudfr.5988 check the provision in the event of default or delay. I don't blame you for being scared. I would consult with a lawyer before handing them your hard earned money.
Ang lamig😂

Root of all evil is money and government. Less of both leads to a happier wealthier and simplified life...

We are planning to go to switzerland in the 2 years. I’m just curious if there’s any scam in that country that we should be aware?
We did nit experience any scam. However, scams always exist. So. Just be careful.
