This is the best way to prepare cannelloni. In fact i prefer making them with crepes than to use the pasta tubes. Sometimes, in order to ring the changes, i fill them with either chopped gammon or with mushroom and chicken.

Joey, I really happy that you enjoy my recipes. You can definitely double the recipe for a bigger batch. If you want to prep ahead, you can prepare the entire recipe, cover it and refrigerate it. Bake just when you want to enjoy it 😋😋
