Cheviot Report December 7, 2011

This week we look at Cheviot Hills year to date, compared to the same period for 2010. The numbers are looking good, with "sales price per square foot" figures down by only 3%. There are currently 8 homes in escrow, so if the sales prices are high enough, there's a really good chance that 2011 can meet or exceed 2010 sales figures. Stayed tuned to find out!
