you have done nothing to protect our rights you just take our money
YOU as in who?
Here's some legal education. CA Civil Code 1954 states that "inspections" are NOT allowed. Contrary to what this guy says.
Just remembered why I don’t like lawyers..while I was in business, I remember sitting in presentations for hours going over new laws and regulations. No wonder why California has many problems… Get rid of lawyers and stupid politicians.
Why, they're not the ones who made these laws.
Just telling the same story on a different way, Tenants one way or the other still gonna be screwed 😡
As usual…this ultimately is a SPIRITUAL BATTLE… I’ve always tried to rent from a genuine Christian… most of the time it’s a good relationship! Try it you’ll like it! Blessings.
You ask them?

I foresee a Leaving California trend . California landlords are getting so greedy.
LAND LORD HATE LOUDEST VOICES AND MUSIC AND LAUGH OUT LOUD LIKE ME
BLAME ME
If you want to learn about California landlord tenant law you'll have to read all the works of Marx. Any landlords doing business in any socialist state like California then you deserve to lose everything.
Sometimes we have no choices. We have to rent out part of our home just to have money to buy food nowadays. And we work full time, everyday of the week, not sitting on our butts taking social security. 😅
@@Misskhavle You had me up until "Social Security". You do know that money received from social security (Not SSD which is theft) is our money that we worked for and earned. We only get a portion of what we paid in in return with no interest paid.
@@bubbajones4522 plenty of people don’t work hard but still able to take them by exploiting the system. Those are the one that upset me. Unfortunately for the rest of us, there may not be anything left for us when our time comes to collect them.

This one of the reason, low class housing market, are in a big trouble financially. The State of California law makers have to do, is create law how to control Land Law power. Like make land law only are allow to make contracts 5 years or more, and make they don’t raise more than 15 % every 5 years not every year. That it’ll be a boost to renters, and renters weekly salary can afford to pay rent. Land Lord are very corrupt, and they are money machine, it doesn’t matter renters struggle to pay bills. Just explain this to me, if the land lord, think they are havening keep building more building, every where ? The State Of California most make sure don’t the land lords squizz financially life low class family. Becafull with the land lord, they are one who’s being creating this big inflation, in California.
no
High housing costs exist in CA because of the imbalance of supply and demand. Laws like CEQA (google it) make any development in CA more costly and slower to build. So we can't keep up with demand, all the NIMBY'S shut down or slow down development.
Typical Mexican(hispanic) Renter comment. say Adios & go back to mexico you might have more rights there
You should look at both sides of the coin!
