- This video is a quick tutorial on how to load a cotton cordell redfin lure. I use steel bb’s to increase the weight for further casting distance. If you have any recommendations to make this better please leave a comment to help others!
Surf fishing at South Shore Long Island NY and NJ. Stripers in the fall run 2020.
This lure has caught some nice Striped Bass and Bluefish in the northeast saltwater. Enjoy!
Like the tissue and glue idea. I’ve spent too much effort melting plastic into the drilled hole of my loaded lures.
One thing I would like to see is the dremel, which I do no own but would buy if shown how to use one. Thank you.
If you don't know how to use a dremel. Can you wipe your own azz
Great video. Thanks!
How many ounces is the plug after you loaded it?
So I actually opened up the hole and refilled it with 15ml of vegetable oil. I only have a barbless belly treble hook. It swims so well without the tail hook. Total weight is 1.5oz.
great video. those weigh 1oz with split rings and hooks attached. whats the weight after you added BB's? with or without the hardware.
