Arthur did a great job! Something I learned relatively recently is that a cup in the UK is not the same as a cup in the USA. Also a block of butter in the USA has marks on the wrapper denoting tablespoons so you can just cut off the amount you need.
The butter wrapper makes much the tablespoon measure more sense! We don't have that so I was trying to put butter into my tablespoon measurer 😆

Great job Arthur, well done, I’m like you not much for peppermint and I particularly don’t care for candy cane on any treats I think it has to do with the crunchiness of it! Also your knitting is coming along beautifully love the colour too!

That'll be a UA-cam thing, I'm all set up for the ads to run. Sometimes if you've been watching lots of videos and ads, they give you a break and stop showing ads. I think we still get some portion of the ads you've been watching though 🤷🏼♀️

I tried traditional fudge for years but it wouldn't set up. Then I found easy microwave fudge and haven't looked back! 😊
I've never tried microwave fudge, that'd be interesting to try! This one set really easily, I think the addition of the marshmallows helped.
@@GiddyKnits It is super simple: 1 jar of peanut butter and 1 can of ready to use frosting in approximately the same weight, cook on high in 30 second intervals until liquid. Quickly pour into a bowl, mix well then spread on a lined cookie sheet and put in fridge to harden.

Very well done, Arthur! I think the fudge looks yummy, but would probably have skipped the candy kane (at least for half the portion). I too liked Lego better than knitting at your age, but it's the knitting that is still with me😉
In our household it's a difficult choice between lego and knitting 😆

Arthur, your fudge looks delicious. I too am not a big fan of a mint/chocolate blend, but I would definitely try a piece. Haha, Bowser was too interested in the yarn, I tried to pick him up, but then I couldn't get the camera to focus, so I had to put him down, and of course, he came straight back 😄.

how could you not read the ingredients properly?? 😂 i also find it so bizarre when recipes measure butter as a volume rather than a weight. to me it makes no sense. looks yummy!
