Imao. You are using Microsoft Windows so you are expected to use the MS services as well. At least Microsoft should respect people's default browser. Currently, they don't.
An added feature they should add to that secret menu is security and privacy so you can stop Microsoft from spying on you and collect your personal data
Just got a new Gaming PC. It took couple hours to download all updates and Windows 11 to it. Had to come here and watch some of the best features of it. Thanks!!
I updated mine last night to windows 11 and it just finished today 😊 I love the fresh look and I'm excited to learn about the new features ❤ so far I don't have any issues, so this is good
Dude after 1 week of this start bar in the centre im starting to consider getting the old corner start bar back. Why does my whole UA-cam video or Facebook feed need to be completely blocked just because I wanted to bring up a quick app from start menu such as calculator or paint. Bottom left corner was waaaaay less intrusive of my screen
thanks for the lesson. anyone can buy a computer but we cant use it! they usually sit at that point. its about time this old man learns how to use windows
pov: u started watching him wen his already on a mil edit: sorry for not being on the journey i'm just a kid and i just got started on this Windows customization thing.
Again liked ur win 11 updates/ secret start is also on win 10... I love ur microsoft updates boss... U hv explored so much n really thank u for enlightening us with new updates 👍
Having a desktop for work, play, etc..... would be the ultimate feature...... Kinda makes you wonder why they didn't put that feature in in the first place huh? great video.....
Yesterday I got a Lenovo Gaming laptop with Win 11. I was trying to figure out how the heck to see the task manager because the normal right click on the desktop didn't bring it up. I had to go into 🔍 to type it in. Now I know that a right click on the start button will give it to me. Thanks.
Things...I learnt from this video, That Dictation tool with punctuation marks👌, and That window key + ; key combination to open the emojis section🤯...Both were so helpful in my daily work, Kevin, I wanna hug you man ❤️❤️
Wow, Kevin! You keep teaching me new things to play with - Widgets?? Can't wait to read my old document paper copies back into my new computer. Or, I could scan them. This looks like more fun.
I wish that a new desktop meant that files could be placed there and they not show up on the other desktops. So, what I mean is, a "Work desktop" could have icons that are only seen there and not on the other desktops. For me, I do have a lot of icons on my desktop, and it would help in organizing them. Also, when I am using my CPU for leisure I wouldn't have to look at work icons and be reminded of work activities. Lol! Always great and infirmities videos Kevin.
@@mrankin2825 LOL! Yes, I know that, and some are. My point was, it would be nice to customize and have a clean desktop with whatever icons/apps you want. To have a desktop completely separate for each area of your life.
Loved your suggestion about new desktops projected to different screens. I think MS should seriously consider it, there must be a way to get this idea to MS developers
Hi Kevin - love your videos. For this one, I'm a very basic user/writer so I don't use a whole lot, but I love the dictation feature, with the added punctuation. That was my favorite!
I'm so glad I found this video because I write a lot of essays and I really needed this text to speech alright, I'm sorry speech to text function. I'm actually using it right now to write this post. It's pretty accurate, and that is something I greatly appreciate. This was just really a test to see how it works. So awesome!
Great video man. That first one alone helped me a lot. I'm using the voice with the auto punctuation in it right now. You can select something in settings that has it where it works on anything. Awesome.
Congratulations on 800K subscribers, Kevin!!! It's been an amazing journey so far. Hope you grow faster after this incredible milestone to reach 1 million.
Very helpful video, thanks! Without the option to customize the taskbar, what is the actual point of having multiple desktops? Hopefully there is a workaround by now.
Let's say you have 7 virtual desktops open. Instead of doing WINDOWS KEY-CTRL-LEFT ARROW or WINDOWS KEY-CTRL-RIGHT ARROW how about WINDOWS KEY-CTRL-1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 to jump to your desired virtual desktop that you have open? In addition we would do WINDOWS KEY-CTRL-F (FOR THE 1ST VIRTUAL WINDOW) and do WINDOWS KEY-CTRL-L (FOR THE LAST VIRTUAL WINDOWS). All this to jump around quicker.
I miss vista's widgets which just hung out on your desktop background. Kool looking clocks, calenders, music players, etc.. :( bring back those Windows!
Hi thank you for your helpful videos. I would like to see a video. How to create a shortcut for multiple actions in settings.(like changing what windows does? When I close the lid, and changing power plan. In one short cut)
After so many years using windows I found out the snipping tools, if I had to copy part of the screen, I used to do screen print open on paint, then crop and save. With the snipping tool, I can crop and save part of anything without graphic software.
I would really like a feature for apps to go fullscreen and on their own dedicated desktop, as they can be in MacOS, which you can then swipe across your trackpad to change. Really helps maximize screen real estate on 13"-14" devices!
The most awesome feature that I want is the option to not using Bing.
You are Right

Yup no issues for me too... Lots of people complained but it works like charm for me.
Same, just installed it on a unsupported PC, feeling fucking awesome
Snapping windows is a killer! For multitasking. I always use it :)
Good one Kevin, I have registered as insider and now sharing my suggestions
I would love to see the start button in the centre of taskbar among all apps, would look more elegant that way
But would it be functional, tho?
@@totoshampoin why not, a central position would also be more natural and convenient for touch devices
Personally I prefer it in the lower left corner due to the shape of the monitor but I understand where you're coming from.

The best part is u dont waste viewers time n jump to topic and hv kept it short n simple ...any one can understand 👏👏👏👏👏
The 2nd function can be done in windows 10. To do that, we have to just press windows key + Tab key
But you can't customize those desktops
As a convinced Windows user, I have to say that widgets are hardly useful and must therefore be hidden in the settings
thanks for the lesson. anyone can buy a computer but we cant use it! they usually sit at that point. its about time this old man learns how to use windows

I believe it depends on the screen size and resolution. The larger the screen, the more options that are exposed.
