How come I have a commercial soft serve ice cream machine and I can’t make the ice cream exactly like Dairy Queen or McDonald’s even if I use Frostline vanilla ice cream mix what do they do differently
They just have a higher fat product, and it's probably stabilized differently. If you had a bag of frost line to 8 quarts milk or even 6 quarts milk, you'll get a much better premium product. It also depends on the machines that they're using a little bit
what do you think about organics, i know its a bad subject since ppl are already so crooked and we're not talking about serving some 'royalty' at curb service.. free range eggs arent really free range - eggs become toxic easily when the poultry eats dirt or rocks.. its all pretty bad - listen i'm having a problem with the dairy ice cream aisle in the supermarket bcz so much of the stuff is tainted - trying to poison me - micro dairies can be really problematic, when they probably have some outstanding 'killer' quality in the beginning, at the get go, and then it really falls off and they are a haunt ever after
If useing a Gelmatic Excel 500 Plus is it possible to use a 10% fat content icecream mix not softserve and a blast freeze for scooping? as Id like to make my own flavours in my truck for hard icecream 6 flavours weekly
