Premium Sponge Cake Recipe

PREMIUM SPONGE CAKE RECIPE / BOLU JADUL PREMIUM / 高級海綿蛋糕
This is a premium version of sponge cake. It uses a lot of egg yolk. If you use premium butter, it will even taste more delicious! You can just eat it plain or add some buttercream and put cheese or chocolate on top. This sponge cake recipe will surely be your favorite!
10 egg yolk
2 egg white
80 gr sugar
60 gr cake flour
10 gr milk powder
10 gr cornstarch
100 gr unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp rhum paste

Ini adalah kue bolu versi premium. Ini menggunakan banyak kuning telur. Kalau kalian memakai mentega premium (Wijsman), rasanya akan lebih enak! Kalian bisa memakannya polos atau menambahkan sedikit krim mentega dan menaruh keju atau cokelat di atasnya.
10 kuning telur
2 putih telur
80 gr gula
60 gr tepung protein sedang
10 gr susu bubuk
10 gr maizena
100 gr mentega tawar
1 sdt ekstrak vanilla
1 sdt pasta rum bakar
