CHOCOBERRY CREAM CHEESE BREAD - ROTI MACAN
This is soft sourdough bread with chocolate flavor. The same method is used to create this artisan bread. The difference is in the flavor and with added cheese cubes in the bread. I think this chocolate cranberry cream cheese bread is worth trying. Your family will love it for sure!
Poolish:
100 gr bread flour
100 gr warm water
1-2 gr instant yeast
5 gr sugar
Dough:
300 gr bread flour
50 gr sugar
2 gr instant yeast
1 egg
100 ml cold milk
30 gr cocoa powder
25 gr unsalted butter
2 gr salt
100 gr cheddar cheese
50 gr dried cranberry
Filling:
200 gr cream cheese
40 gr powdered sugar

Hi.. this one is traditional cake with coconut milk and pandan extract. The recipe is almost the same, but the method is different. In chiffon cake, the egg yolks and egg whites are mixed separately. If you're in a hurry, you can bake this one. It is easy and very delicious! 😊

Sure you can! Substitute the butter with your favorite brand. If you have a roll cake pan, make 2-3 layers and roll it. Haha.. 😄
