Diamond Head I see as worse since the show was a standard quiz show except its gimmick was being set in the tropics and the terrible endgame. Family Secrets, despite dubious contestant choices, was at least competent
Surprisingly, I remember this show all too well. I knew it wasn't good, but after learning about the scandal, now I REALLY feel sorry for Bob Eubanks. BTW, any chance that you might still induct Just Like Mom even though it didn't win? You did the same for Who's Still Standing.
While Just Like Mom was given a review in the brand new Games O'Canada section, it can still be inducted as Game Show Garbage. It will be up on future Viewers Choice polls.

I think there was a show back in the 1960s at some point which had a bit of a similar format to "The Newlywed Game" titled "The Family Game". Made sense considering Chuck Barris owned both shows. It was hosted by none other than Bob Barker, but the show only lasted six months. I think one of the remaining episodes that hasn't been wiped is on UA-cam somewhere.
I would be down for an episode on Infatuation, which I caught an episode back in 1992-1993 (in the late night hours, of course) & it was...well, something. Even Studs was a bit more watchable & this is when the Love Connection model was kind of dead in the water by the turn of the decade. What Bob said in Roger & Me was disgusting, but I am not sure if it was a career sacrifice...even if just for a while. Nowadays, you may indeed get derailed professionally for an ill-timed joke. Are we more sensitive? Or just in this age of social media, news travels faster & is remembered longer?
Again with all these shows with their kayfabe families trying to add some edge to them. At least this wasn't as mean-spirited as that one particular FOX game show we don't mention again......
NBC would eventually go on to air final game show on NBC daytime, Caesars Challenge, which changed their bonus round with one that was impossible to win. The falling ratings from both NBCs Caesars Challenge, along with the failed return of Richard Dawson of family feud, combined with the upcoming OJ Simpson trial in 1995, led both game shows to the cancelled, leaving the Price is Right as the only daytime show to still be on the daytime schedule until 2009, when CBS revived Lets Make a Deal for daytime.
It didn’t help that Caesar’s Challenge was preempted in some markets. In Detroit, a Top 10 market at the time, it aired on a low rent independent. 1993’s Scrabble and Scattergories had the same issue.

Oh, look, Disney Hollywood Studios--I've been there! Too bad the game shows produced there were short-lived or utter trash.. this one is the latter. And as for the production company--screw them! You'd think they'd make sure families met eligibility requirements--it's on every game show's closing credits!

To be frank, by 1993 blended families were so commonplace that I'm surprised they'd limit themselves this way.

It was Stephanie Edwards who did the Rose Parade with Bob, not Stephanie Powers.

1986's "Perfect Match" may have been renewed had the producers NOT been sued by Chuck Barris.

This bad game did not have America talking. It likely had America cringing instead.
Also, it managed to sink "Scrabble", "Scattegories" and Reruns of "Classic Concentration" in the process.

If I remember right, Chuck & Bob did not get on well at all. When The Family Game ended, Bob never worked for Chuck again.

By 1994 the news department took over most of the daytime schedule. (Another World got cancelled and days of our lives still limps on today)
