• and if the nearest court in the said place where crime commited was closed, you can also apply for a search warramt to the next city but in the same region, and you must also indicate in the application the compelling reasons.

Section 2. Court where application for search warrant shall be filed.
(a) Any court within whose territorial jurisdiction a crime was committed.
▪️A search warrant should be requested to the local court where the crime has happened. And if there's a valid reason you can't file for a search warrant in your locality, you can request it from other court within the region of the place you need to search and seize as stated in paragraph;
(b) For compelling reasons stated in the application, any court within the judicial region where the crime was committed if the place of the commission of the crime is known, or any court court within the judicial region where the warrant shall be enforced.
▪️When requesting a search warrant at other court within the judicial region, the applicant should include the compelling reason why they weren't able to apply for a search warrant at their local court.

Todays topic is comes with the question where to apply for search warrant this is the lesson 19 and what I learned about it.
It said in the section.2 Court where application for search warrant shall be filed - An application for search warrant shall be filed with the following.
1. Any court within those "territorial jurisdiction a crime was committed."
2.for compelling reasons stated in the application,any court within the judicial region where the crime was committed if the place of the commission of the crime is known,or any court within the judicial region where the warrant shall be enforced.
However, if the criminal action has already been filed, the application shall only be made in the court where the criminal action is pending.
That's the topic for today's lesson 19 and I'm so excited for more.

Good Day Sir/Atty! I've learned that the application for seach warrant shall be filed at any court within the territorial juridiction a crime was committed. I've learned that you can only apply in the other court in another territory when you have a valid reason why you don't get a search warrant to the court who scope the crime. Good Day Atty. The connection on where to get your respective search warrant before any court is where the crime or offense was committed, as a general rule. Except for some compelling reasons, may be filed to any court within the same judicial region.

Good afternoon atty. today I learned where to apply for search warrants. According to the section 2(a) it must be apply at any court within whose terretorial jurisdiction a crime was committed. I also learned the exemption of the exemption of this case where I form a question in my mind like what if the policeman have to search and seize in the boundaries of two provinces.
