Thank you for another video. My favorite part is when you discuss about how long is the validity of a search warrant. I have learned about the Requisites essential and Validity of a search warrant it must have probable cause or basis that the crime has been done and it must be interconnected to one specific offense and the thing that you want to search which is written on arrest warrant must be specified or the so called "particularly describing" the place and the things to be seized. And lastly how long is the validity of a search warrant- a search warrant is valid for ten days from the date it was created.

-Section 4. a request warrant shall use upon probable cause that is connected in only one specific offense. Phishing expedition is not allowed. and the witness may produce and particularly describing the place to be searched and the things to be seized.
Section 10. A search warrant will be valid for ten days from the day it was issued.
Good day Atty Today I learned a lot but my most favorite part is about the term called Fishing Expedition wherein a wrong practice sometimes exercised by law enforcement officers. In addition, I also learned that the probable cause must only in connection to one speci I've learned that searching without warrant is unlawful. I've learned the requisites for the insurance of a search warrant. first thing there is a need for a basis or probable cause that is connected to the one specific offense and must be detailed in giving the area to be searched . Good Day Atty. The topic in here is all about requisites and the validity of search warrant. It stated in here that if you search without search warrant is very unlawful, your search will be invalid or illegal that is why search warranr is very important. Before we got a search warrant we need to consider the following: 1) the probable cause (basis that the crime happen) and must be connected with one specific offense. Good day Atty., Thank you for another fruitful video lecture today. After watching the video, I've learned that similar to arrest without warrant, if you're searching as a law enforcer on someone without a search warrant, as a general rule that is unlawful. The search will be invalid or illegal. It was also mentioned, that a search warrant shall not issue except upon probable cause in connection with one specific offense to be determined personally by the judge. Moreover, it has only had ten days validity, for the reason that its primary purpose is to search for a thing/ property only and if it extends its search by more days, different from the warrant arrest on the alias warrant, it is so unproductive. Note: As a general rule, In searching if there's no Search warrant that is unlawful. The search will be invalid or illegal.Generally, search warrat is very significant.
First of all there must be probable cause,there is a basis for the crime and what is said in that incident is true.The probable cause must be connected in one specific offense to be determined personally by the judge. In addition, the validity of search warrant is ten(10) days from its date only. Thereafter, it shall be void. In general rule day time only,exception is anytime of the day or night because of the subject which is personal property. I learned a lot especially about the difference between warrant of arrest and search warrant.

How long is the validity of a search warrant?
According to section 10: Validity of Search Warrant.
A search warrant shall be valid for 10 days from its date. Thereafter, it shall be void. Unlike section 9 where a warrant of arrest is valid any time of the day or night.

Furthermore, I also learned the requisites for the issuance of a search warrant. A search warrant must have probable cause and it should be connected in only one specific offense. Also in a search warrant, it must contain particularly describing the place or specific place that will be searched. On the other hand, I learned what is the definition of a fishing expedition. A fishing expedition is the wrong practices that law enforcement officer do sometimes, they are just likely fishing any evidence and they are not sure about it. Thank you!

-In applying for a search warrant the judge himself is the one who determines if there is probable cause to issue a search warrant by examining the evidence or witnesses that the complainant may produce.
-The place to be searched and the things to be seized must be specifically described.
-Always remember that a search warrant can only be issued upon probable cause and only for one specific offense. Fishing expedition or including many offenses in the search warrant to gather more evidence is not valid.
2.How long is a search warrant valid?
Under Rule 126, section 10 - A search warrant shall be valid for ten (10) days of its date. Thereafter it shall be void.
-A search warrant is only valid for 10 days, unlike an arrest warrant wherein in 10 days if the person is not already arrested the arresting officer can issue an alias warrant.
-The time that a search should be conducted is only during the day time of any day.

Thank you for this informative video about requisites and validity of a search warrant. A search warrant should stated in the application the One specific offense the probable cause and particularly describe the place and things to be seized. As a general rule if you don't have a search warrant it is unlawful and its illegal and also search warrant shall be valid only for 10 days from its date .

- A judge or district court magistrate may sign an electronically issued search warrant when he or she is at any location in this state. (5) The peace officer .
Section 4. Requisites for issuing search warrant.
-there must be a probable cause, there must be a basis, that the crime was actually committed and what is said about that incident is true.
-need that probable cause must be connected with one specific offense.
