@@e-boyeliot7106 Thank You! I retired in may after 32 years! Do your students have iPads or computers? Mine did and I had them do a daily drawing from how to draw playlists on my channel due each Friday. Having a self guided activity when they were done was wonderful. Also showing them directions from video they can refer to is very helpful. They don’t seem to have attention for live demonstrations. I didn’t like grading so I made that real easy on myself! To stick it out and get to that pension you have to do what makes you happy. I always reminded myself I’m just plan time and to have fun with the kids when I could. Some classes are butt heads and it really is work to keep them from tearing up the room and being destructive to others. All the best to you!
