@@davidaldridge5716 influential males have been pushing fitness for decades, started mainly in the 70s with people like Arnold but this is nothing new. Clean eating and living is now being pushed since the science has given us more information on how to but that was talked about frequently as well in mainstream communities even with the limited information. Hitting macros, vitamin and nutritional supplements, the food pyramid, etc. was all talked about and same with exercising. Social media platforms are just giving people a new way to see it, but it’s talked about just as much.

Well I mean I think he means in terms and the context of his experience in the NFL…also just generally speaking that’s pretty fair, usually that’s pretty true. That doesn’t mean people that are 30 never have friends in their early 20’s…also Kyle and Salim’s relationship is obviously pretty unique and is for the benefit of their business and job. Not only are they probably genuinely friends but it’s also in the space of content creating and UA-cam. It’s smart of Kyle to have some younger guys around to continue and have someone the younger fans can relate to. Also, in the entertainment industry age among adults doesn’t really matter as much, it’s more about talent, maturity, respect, and marketability.

I'm 38 and started lifting weights at 10 years old. Had bodybuilders in my family and grew up in a dusty garage banging steal. Now after 25 years of training I get to enjoy a world class body that goes with me everywhere I go. It's a real statement of who you are as a person when you are fit. You immediately get some level of respect before you even open your mouth. People take you more seriously.
I'm absolutely overjoyed to see bodybuilding and fitness become mainstream now. Bodybuilding especially back in those days was totally underground and people thought bodybuilders were total freaks. Being fit is now "cool" and I can't be more happy seeing super young people in the gym. Keep it up fellas!!! Time to crush it.
