Hey everyone, here's a video showing some of the new locations that I've been working on. Hidden in these old abandoned structures you can find a variety of valuable and useful bounty, but beware, they’re abandoned for a reason.
I hope you enjoyed the video and a big thank you for nearly 3000 subscribers I really appreciate the support.

Yes
This game is going to be incredible when it's done.
I hope so 🙂
110%
Yeah I’ve seen like 5 people with games just like this so like 4 of y’all just gonna get screwed over. Someone’s gotta hurry up and release a demo if you ever wanna be the next Notch. So until then I’ll only believe these videos I can’t interact with are all LIES made in blender.
@@uncertaintytoworldpeace3650 Bro thinks he's soooooo smart
@@uncertaintytoworldpeace3650i can easily tell this isnt just some blender footage, it is easier to make a world and import it into ue5/unity with some moving mechanics than to make fake gameplay in blender
dude as a hobbyist game dev, seeing such a sick prototype like this is so inspiring- if you ever have mod support I wanna go wild with this
Thanks 🙂
I think that the death animation of the skeletons should be the bones falling apart, then disappearing!
Yeah that was the only thing I didn't like.
love the little bits of physics mixed in with the gameplay, reminds me of teardown
Oooo, love the slow-mo effect when in inventory
I find it crazy that i've been following this project for almost 1,5 Years, i can't stop thinking about it lol.
Can't wait to play it!
Do the catapults work? Using one of them to demolish a building in this destructible world would be very satisfying.
Regardless, this is incredible.
Looks awesome! Should get an MVP version out there asap to generate revenue and get feedback on the core functionality.
bro the voxels give it great look and the gameplay is beautiful
Again, as always, amazing. Suggestions: Inventory management is always a pain in games. Add in some hotkeys or quick action buttons like "take all", "split stack", "sort inventory", "use item".
I've been following this project for a while and it is looking better and better! I would love to see some creatures from the DnD Monster Manual in this destructible voxel world. That would be so cool
It is awesome! New video was so late that I started to worry about you and your game! But you was doing incredible job adding so massive and beautiful structures! Also I can see changes in mob's behavior and on one moment I saw bears in the forest!!! Keep working! Thank you very much!
Really good. For the skeletons, they could lose the limbs you hit. Perhaps fall apart altogether once they die.
i've been following this project for a long time now, this is actually amazing!
Hey, turning into dust / breaking apart all the voxels could be a great death animation.
I've been following these devlogs since very beginning,
and while not certain if we'll be able to play it anytime soon, or at all - this progress is impressive.
Amazing work, truly impressed. Are you hand crafting your locations or making them procedurally and adding custom structures and touches?
I'm getting from this that they'll be procedurally generated but it's handcrafted assets.
Simply amazing. Very excited to see your next additions to the game!
I really want to try this. If it has multiplayer and lets you build amazing structures it will be fantastic.
Please include multiplayer and mod support.
Such an great looking game.
Amazing as always! Will you be adding ragdoll death animations? I think it would spice up the game a little. Or maybe someone will make a mod of it later in the future.
Yes ragdoll will be coming
that is like you are playing TES, but in minecraft and it have Runescape style. Jokes aside, you did a great job, looking forward to take a look myself! Good luck with development
don't give up I see great potential on this game
Damn it looks good. Giving me vibes of Skyrim and minecraft at the same time
I'm getting "breath of the wild meets kingdoms" vibes.
Great job
keep up the good work
Someone said this'd be amazing when it's done, but I hope it's never, really done. Even if you retire, I hope it makes enough money to justify a team of people to keep adding updates like Minecraft. Love the structures, would love some quirky NPC's like some NPC using that observatory-like building, a tinkerer who lives there with his daughter, who wants to explore and so can become a companion. Says she's writing a book as some flavor, carries around a satchel and a notebook, and unlocks some new recipes (though I commented before about a blueprint-based crafting system as an idea.)
The fact that you get your arrows back though already a 10/10
Really hope this project continues foward. Hope the game run in my PC also
Dude, it's really amazing!!! Are you planning to realize the game in the future?
Looking good! Could I suggest making a difference between the dropped items and objects that are physically in world? I.e. the dropped item version of the bomb not looking the same as a thrown bomb.
I think that'd add a lot of clarity to gameplay, although I think it'd also be really immersive if there was no difference.
Like, imagine being able to, with incredible accuracy, catch a bomb out of thin air, or shoot a skeleton down in a spot where the bombs fall some distance and explode.
Perhaps that'd be too gimmicky though.
Looks absolutely stunning. Are you currently working on the arrow graphics? It feels very Minecraft Alpha. But please don't take that as an insult. The game is gorgeous!
Wow this is looking good. What game engine are you using for the destructible voxel envirment?
Unreal engine 4 and a custom voxel engine
@@Tooley1998 oh nice, I thought you were using voxelfarm + unreal
I cant wait to build whatever i want at that game
Looks amazing with the structures, great to see the different buildings. Awesome feature of being able to get your arrows back when the mobs die, wish that was in more games. Keep up the great work, its super exiting to keep seeing your progress. 👍
Looks really fun. Love the cute bomb skeletons with their backpacks!
Dude this is seriously crazy impressive, if you dont mind id like to ask some questions about it?
1. Have you made your own Voxel Engine? or are you just using something like unreal/unity?
2. How long have you been making Voxel stuff like this for?
3. How did you get started making Voxel Stuff like this?
Thank you for your time.
OMG this looks amazing! this project deserves more attention :)
and yet another piece of art made by you also thanks again for the boost of motivation :D
and keep up the great works
This looks awesome! Are you going to have do something like Valheim where you can create teleporters between bases?
Bro this game is amazing! I cant believe more people don't watch this.
Love the design of these
did you also make the music? it fits pretty well :)
That looks so fuckin good so far, can’t wait to play it if it comes out
you should add a white outline on the items that can be picked, or a message on screen when you're looking at one
Loving the physics in gameplay. Keep it up!
it's really coming along nicely, maybe it's time to think up a name?
Good stuff dude.
Love it!
Minecraft 2! I love this 😂
i really love how terrain generation works
Wow this looks really nice, I'm looking forward to it.
Can we ever get a timeline of the things that you are gonna add? It would be nice to have
This is unbelievably cool. Any story ideas yet?
ok that's it you have gained a new subscriber
Amazing, this is a super great demo! I'm a game dev who love voxel and i'm really wondering how did you build something this smooth and detailed. Is everything destructible ? Which game engine do you use ? What type of data structure for stocking or rendering voxels ? I know this is a lot of questions but seeing your videos is like seeing my actual dream project.
Can't wait for more videos about this game!
Wow! This looks like it'll be a good game when it comes out. :)
actually amazing worldgen
I wonder how that slowdown while changing weapons will affect multiplayer
The skeleton's copper mace (?) looks a little flimsy and too detailed compared to the surroundings, which draws the eye to it quite a bit. From an art standpoint, I'd try to keep the voxel consistency a little more even. Just a minor suggestion
Sick work dude!
Do you intend to put this structures in a fixed map or use a procedural generated one?
I realy like you work. I look forward to seeing more. :)
Nice job!
This ue4+voxel plugin?
The game looks amazing. How long does it take and how much effort is it to create a structure like the castle?
some music would definitely add to the atmosphere
your back! please release this game im begging you its beautiful!
When it's ready 😉
this looks so damn cool i would prob need a upgrade to run this when it releases tho
I hope we get a download link before it joins to the other 800 "incredible voxel games made by a single dev" which are abandoned now
this is a true block game
Ah yes Minecraft 7, my favorite game
Hello which langage / tool do you use ? the work is incredible
Goddammit I want to play this so bad.
i think ill save up for this game too
Are you able to build with such detail in-game? First house you built over a year ago used huge blocks only
looking lovely
The skeleton shoots you shortly after it has died. 4:21
I think for very large above-ground structures, keep them far apart. I think they're way too dense in minecraft, and late-game movement is way too op for the density. Exploration becomes monotonous. I'm not a game dev, though
can you give any tips on making the voxels small like that? ive been trying and i got a chunk working but when i go to try to make terrain it gets extra confusing, what are you using for chunk sizes because if its smaller than 1 metre blocks ive realized that chunk size is multiplied by voxel size which starts messing stuff up for me. Any tips or suggestions / resources for small voxels?
woah this looks great
Looks playable enough. When is it going to be released?
This game is getting better day by day, great job !
would it be possible to upload some 4k footage when you do these videos so there is a higher bitrate?
Tu juego es asombroso, ¿ cómo se llama?
No name yet. It will have one soon
Looks really promissing. Could you spend some time on camera movement when you go on higher level grounds? It shakes a little bit
It's on the list dw 🙂
@@Tooley1998 Do you have something like patreon on you dev list? I would like to know more about the development of that gem
@@DuxSahee a patron is something I want to do in the future when I have more to offer in return
me and my homies are hella hyped on this game, if you ever need early game testers feel free to reply to this comment!
GAHHHHHHDAAAAAAAAYUMMMM 🔥
I don't know if you intend to launch this project, if so, I'll wait for what is necessary.
It will launch one day when it's ready 🙂
How did you make the terrain and what softwares/plugins did you use?
Holy bro that slowmo
Very cool!
How long have you been developing this awesome game, and what is your goal with this?
this is cool af!!
new competing game for minecraft and vintage story, i guess you are writing / developing in Unreal Engine? would like to be a tester, I am streamer, so if you will have some more stuff inside the game i will be glad to play live
What tutorials did you use to make your voxel engine?
this looks cool :)
You can't just be making a person's fantasy game this casually
Do you have any plans for procedural generation?
wow
Awesome!
tear down + minecraft=
