Great workout! Lots of abs, glutes, some obliques. Just what I was looking for. Love these ones with the balls and ankle weights.
By far, my favourite KD workout! My ultimate go to if Im not sure what to do or a bit strapped for time, I just love the variety of sequences and full body burn/definition you get from it!

Killer!! Love it. Which of your other full body workouts would you recommend that also have minimal standing? I have tendinitis in my foot that’s been acting up but still want to (comfortably) work out.
