I LOVED watching you prepare your Thanksgiving dressing! I can’t wait to try your technique for my dinner this Thanksgiving. Blessings to you and your family this holiday season!
I followed your recipe for making dressing for the first time this Thanksgiving and it turned out perfect! I can't wait to make it again for Christmas. 😀👍🏾
I'm just seeing your video, and eyeballing is just what we do. Keep on cooking with real Love and Thanksgiving in your heart. Be Blessed. To those persons wanting to learn how to cook, keep watching the videos or find you a down-home mom or grandma and watch them. You can't go wrong.
Lovely video! I cook my dressing almost the same way you cook so I know it's good 😊 I add a 1/2 can of cream of mushroom in addition to cream of chicken & i pull all my chicken off the bone (for my spoiled family whom I love dearly)and I omit the bell pepper.
I usually make my cornbread a day or two before that way your cornbread don’t be so soggy looking, you will have a better texture, and it will start to blend in better when you start to add your vegetables.
I used this recipe for Thanksgiving this year! I followed the instructions and everything turned out great ! The recipe was easy to follow and my dreasing was moist and flavorful!!! My family loved it ! I will use this from now on!! Thank you for sharing your recipe ! Blessings to you and your family! ❤
Volume was low, but, i got the gest of it, the dressing looked amazing, I 've seen so many videos for Thanksgiving dressing ideas, YOURS is tops so far! Thank you for sharing your recipe!
I have enjoyed this cooking segment so much. My Mother and Aunt's used to cook Thanksgiving dinners like that with the Cornbread dressing, and so do I. Thank you, and God bless.
Thanks for your video. I love chicken and dressing and your recipe is very close to mine. You have such a sweet disposition. Your kitchen is so pretty and clean, and your oven was spotless! Your husband is blessed to have you!!
Thank you for making this video. I was making my dressing pretty much like yours; except, I hadn't thought about letting it sit in the fridge over night to allow the seasonings...to settle in for enhanced taste. This Thanksgiving dinner is going to be spot on, God bless you and keep sharing.
I just made this dressing for our Thanksgiving dinner tonight and it was a hit! It was delicious! It was very moist and I think the cream of chicken soup helped with that. I’ll definitely be doing this again! Thank you!
I never seen dressing made this way, we usually slice up the chicken with forks and put it throughout the dressing. But i like your style of it also. You have such a sweet spirit
Mrs. First Lady I would just like to let you no that every time I prepare cornbread dressing for my husband even off season I watch your video cause I dont want to miss nothing. I love how this turned out. My first time was 2 years ago and I havent changed anything. Thank you so very much for this video.
I love this video. I tried making the stuffing this way for Thanksgiving and it came out great. Who's back watching on Christmas eve 2018. I'm here for it. Lol Thanks
I really like your video, its almost how i make my dressing, although I've never tried it using a can of cream of chicken and I always chop my veggies up by hand, I've never put them in a blender before. I just might try it your way this year. Thanks for sharing. It looks great.
Thank you for your video ❤️.I really appreciate it and I will be making this for thanks giving. The dressings. Looks delicious 👌😋. Have a blessed 🙏😇💓 . AMEN
I'm 4 minutes into this and as soon as you said celry and not celery, I knew I was on the right track. I've always said it like that too and I had no idea there was another E in celery. Also, I got stuck chopping all the veggies too. I'm trying to figure out my mom's recipe because I was too busy chopping veggies. I hope this one is it. Much love, sister.
Just watching this video is making me want to cook for the holidays this year 2018 I wasn't going to cook because I lost my son but just watching this video makes me want to cook so I will be thinking about it thank you so much hun have a blessed day just saying
I could hear her very good. The meal looks good and you did a great job. I make my dressing the same way and I use the stock from my bird. Thanks for sharing.
Just another tip to enhance flavor. Bake some sage in with your cornbread! YUM! You cake make your cornbread months in advance and use it in the dressing. I also buy onion, bell peppers, and celery when its marked down. Chop it in my ninja and freeze it in bags for later. Don't forget a hint of poultry seasoning. Always taste as you add the sage. Add little then add more if you like.
Hi First a lady, it was so nice watching you cook. I enjoyed seeing how you put together your dressing. It is very similar to how my sister makes hers. It looks delicious.
AMEN HALLELUJAH I really appreciate and enjoyed this video. This is the real way to make dressing. I seen many videos and was like nah. This one was a blessing. Have a happy Thanksgiving.
I will try your recipe you have easy directions to follow, I've tried making homemade dressing a few times myself it didn't turn out right I should have learned how to cook homemade dressing when my Mother was alive, I'll try it again I don't give up, I'll eat some good homemade dressing even in the summertime plus I cook different recipes with dressing, stuffed chip steaks, stuffed pork chops, ext.
Omgg! You make it 👀 look so easy. Make me wanna try to make some for my 👪family. And, my mom always does the chicken dressing. Look so similar to hers. Looks so delicious 💕 Looking forward to seeing more of your videos.❣
Ok so I been asking my mom for her Thanksgiving dressing recipe. But she knows im visual so no matter how many times she writes it down I misplace it. So she went on youtube to find someone who makes dressing the way she does and this is the video she picked. And it's exactly how I remember it being as a kid. Thank you
Our cooking style is very similar..lol I love the idea of chicken and dressing. I usually do turkey and dressing but this year I no longer consume meats so Ill be making it with a lot of vegetables and vegetable stock. Great clean cook, thanks for sharing. I subscribed..lol
Can you do a video on that baked chicken you have in this video?? That looked so delicious!!! I have two of those black spotted deep pans. Can you believe that Walmart sells them for $3? yes the big ones! I think mine are blue. But I love these pans. They last forever. I even used my grandma's before that is how long they last. I think it is the coating on them. I love how you show completely how to make cornbread dressing. That lookes so good.
Beautiful video, I cant wait for more. are you able to make a video on fried corn. My mom made it and passed away and took the recipe with her. it was the best
I fry frozen corn in oil and in a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, milk, salt, and pepper and just a little water to get it the consistency you want it and then add it to the fried corn and continuously stir it so it doesn’t burn over medium to high heat for about 8 minutes or until your corn is cooked and your mixture is is thickened. If I ever get my UA-cam started up, that’ll be the first thing I cook and Lord willing, you’ll be able to better understand my recipe as opposed to me just typing it out here. But that’s my Moma’s recipe that she taught to me. My family and I LOVE it and I can eat the whole pan (I really can’t but I’d definitely try to - it’s THAT good!) but it’s one of my kids’ favorite side dishes! Hopefully you’ll give it a try and hopefully it’s close to your mom’s recipe. I don’t know if this helped or not, but I was just trying to help. Blessings to you and yours!
Really Enjoyed your video & I heard you perfectly fine! My Grandmother always made my family Thanksgiving dinner. She's with the Lord now so we have to get in the kitchen now. I will be following your recipe. Thank You!!!
@@idrissauqdah I'm glad you could hear her just fine, but not everyone else can. She does have a soothing voice but she speaks so low into the mic, it's hard to hear for some folks.

Kimberly Parker I omit bell pepper also, it makes it spoil fast especially on your stomach 🤦🏾♀️
@@angelamoore2187 also if you use milk in the cornbread instead of water it spoils quickly. My mom taught me that.
I usually make my cornbread a day or two before that way your cornbread don’t be so soggy looking, you will have a better texture, and it will start to blend in better when you start to add your vegetables.
I hear you loud and clear. Thanks for sharing! Adding my own stank to it but you definitely laid the foundation for my first attempt. 🙄
