I have asked before hand to be extra careful when I bring new wheels, the guys do a good job and even the manager comes outside, checks the wheels, and emphasizes he wants to keep my business and understand where am coming from. If we were talking about some old ragged scuffed wheels, go at it, one more scratch will not mean much. You have to be one acid employee to deal with, so tough, and all you are is a short fused man child.
