A person can't be too prepared these days and you have it covered lol, only thing I didn't notice or missed is a flotation device 🤣. I have one of those rescue tube type things that inflates instantly with a CO2 cartridge, Im not really around a lot of water, but you never know and there is always the potential for other uses. Great job, and thanks for showing!
Reckon I know where I'm headid when the SHTF...LOL...dang son, I can see youv'e put a lot of thought into this project...I hope it inspires others to take action and put their own truck preparedness kit together...thanks Dan...stay blessed...woods
Awesome set-up! One thing I noticed that you may want to consider... If you're in an accident and you're trapped or too injured to move, you may want your first aid/trauma kit to be attached to your passenger seat so that you can more easily reach it from the driver's seat. :)
Your truck looks like mine. If I have a wreck it wouldn't hurt me but the stuff inside would beat me to death. Lol very good information and video. Thanks.
Yes. Rtac Ontario under the weather tech floor liner in the back of my car will be flying forward. Praying the kydex sheath holds up in a front end crash or else I’m a 21st century Robespierre- gulp.

Thank you! A flotation device is a great idea if you live near water, or have flooding. Good thought.
@ochocobushcraft1742 With "storms" washing towns off hillsides these days, one can never know it seems 🤷

Enough for 5 buddies! Not many fast grab knives machettez and hatchets tho.
Blankets and spare clothes. Tarps.
Another great video Dan , way to be prepared . Keep up the great work ! What pouch are you using for the trauma kit on the seat?
I bought the entire trauma kit with pouch from Black Scout Survival
I like the kit. I don't know if you have a winch on your truck but I have found an 8k come-along very handy in a pinch.
Thank you! I would love to have a winch on my truck. Budget hasn't yet allowed.
@@ochocobushcraft1742 - Yep, mine either. That's why I got a come-along hand winch. 10k hand winch at Home Depot for $45.
You might consider using blankets or tarps over your gear so people cannot see anything interesting when they pass by your truck.
Definitely a good idea in this day and age.
Well, Equipped!

Vehicles won’t work after nuke or EMP.
I have an emp device in my rigs. Not sure if they will do the trick but thought it wouldn't hurt.
