I listened to this song shortly after you uploaded it and left it on my liked videos list, getting shoved by the enormous amount of videos on that list (I was 16 at the time and didn't organize my youtube playlists). After a while I ended up forgeting its name, but the melody had got so ingrained into my brain, that from time to time I remembered it fondly and tried looking for it without avail.
