    No way this man is a life coach, a motivator. Absolutely not! He talks a whole lot but says very little. He makes zero sense and takes no accountability. This interview was cringeworthy. ‘I never made anyone feel uncomfortable.’ Dude, I’m uncomfortable now just watching this!

    It is reprehensible, unethical , & unacceptable for the producers to compromise the safety of the ladies by requiring that they be alone at anytime with morally bankrupt and narcissist men like Lamar & several of the others on the show. Even if they did a horrible job at vetting the men, they had a considerable amount of time to observe their inappropriate sexual advances & blatant disrespect for them & their boundaries. Not only did they fail to protect them, they vilified those who did not tolerate their behavior.

    Kojo was right! He knew exactly what he was doing on the show & he knew exactly what he was doing for this interview!! He knew the character to play and that’s why he didn’t want to go deep because his character would get exposed. So he just kept it in circles….clocked on!

    The producers have a considerable amount of scenes that display the negative behaviors and inappropriate actions of Lamar & many of the other men on the show to create enough drama to hold the attention of the audience & to keep them entertained. After watching Kojo’s interview of Lamar, I am more convinced that the manner in which April, Koshiea, & Patricia was misrepresented & maligned was unjustified & shameful. Production focused on finding petty things to assassinate the character of the ladies. Based on the comments of many of the viewers that I have read, I am concerned that they have achieved success at vilifying and shaping their perceptions of them. This could be problematic for them because it could adversely affect their careers & potential relationships, etc.. However, my primary concern is that it is potentially problematic for all Black women who either go on the show or watch it because it perpetuates systemic misogyny. For that reason, I feel compelled to address it.
    Koshiea was in a no-win situation throughout the season. The producers apparently believe that the predominantly female RTL audience enjoys seeing at least one “combative“ woman each season. They didn’t have a really combative woman this season. It appears as though she was the best one they could find. Compared to previous seasons, she is probably the least combative. The only examples they could show to suggest that she is combative are her interactions with disrespectful, perverted, unremorseful, & gaslighting Alonzo, rude & perverted Lamar, & Alexis, who alleged that Koshiea is sexually promiscuous. She was probably more annoyed because she frequently was the object of sexually inappropriate behavior because of her body. Production implanted it in your brain by frequently showing her intense interactions in promos. They showed the scenes in which she was irritated because she felt that people had been disrespectful or had overstepped her boundaries. They did it to convince people that she is combative and unhinged. Many reviewers said that she needed to control her emotions. People are often encouraged to walk away from a fight or an argument when they feel like they are losing control of their emotions. Apparently many people did not see that she demonstrated her efforts to exercise control and walked away each and every time that she was shown in those intense situations because she is still being criticized.
    People demonized April & accused her of bragging about her academic achievements too much when she was only shown once, to the best of my memory, discussing them while dining with Lamar. Even our kind UA-camr, Kojo, was so anxious to find fault that he created a definition of the word “interrogated”and appeared to apply it to April with the intent of making her appear as though she had engaged in inappropriate or unethical behavior. She merely asked Lamar questions that people typically ask when they are trying to get to know someone. His interview with Kojo clearly demonstrated that he didn’t want to answer those questions regardless of whether they were asked by April or Kojo. She was also criticized & called arrogant & obnoxious when she called herself a boss bitch as she walked away without being confrontational from perverted, rude, & disrespectful Lamar. Did she really do or say something in that scene that should cause people to believe that she is a bad person? 🤔
    After watching Lamar, Alonzo, Will, Jonathan, & some of the other men for several weeks, it should be clear why Patricia didn’t think there was anyone there who was a good match for her. Yet, she is still being attacked on UA-cam & throughout social media & described as being “guarded” and “unhealed”. Is it fair to harshly judge a person that you saw for only a few minutes on a show that was produced, filmed, & edited to manipulate the audience’s perception of its cast members? 🤔
    Black women should recognize that the show is not designed to serve or promote much of what is in their best interests. Each season, we have seen production promote the marginalization and compromising of the women and their intelligence, self-worth, emotions, accomplishments, self awareness, integrity, & potential to develop amicable relationships with other women on the show. Black women must work at least twice as hard to succeed. We should encourage each other & be happy to see self-confident, intelligent, goal oriented, & successful Black women. None of us would want to go on a reality show to find love & be criticized, despised, demonized, and become demoralized. Please don’t do it to others.

    The live chat is not having it! Thank you Littleblackbook91 for trying to reintroduce Lamar. He has not healed fully from his past and so is not open to the process. Thank you also for sharing a bit of yourself and expressing emotion! Yes you are very logical and I think that's what makes your platform different from the rest (not messy).

    I thoroughly enjoyed this interview!!! There were so many nuggets dropped along the way. Lamar's caricature, although unpleasant to admit represents a part of the culture (Pookie and Ray Ray) that we know exists in the black dating pool. We also know they are successful with some women even though the culture doesn't like to admit it. I respect Lamar for being brave enough to showcase this stereotype for that reason. He was strictly being tv because he knew the caliber of women on this show would never talk to a Lamar (Pookie) Also the verbal volleying between Kojo and Lamar was chefs kiss. ❤

    Kudos Kojo 🙌 Your interviews are therapeutic for me. You did effortlessly well 👏.
    My take;
    1. Man accepted he wasn’t on the show because he is ready to love so he let him on the show? Are they helping people find love or looking for characters to help their agenda?
    2. Fact that the man had to keep reiterating that he is a LIFE COACH, and a this and that coach, is trying so hard to be what you are not.
    3. He argued with Kojo over why he went on and on about sex, held his grounds on this is who i am and that’s it and yet accepted in the end that he learned that he might have come on too strong and could have used a better approach.
    4. He has been so sure that none of the women felt uncomfortable around him because no one ever feels uncomfortable around is bizarre.
    5. He lives in his world of i am intelligent and i am all that. But as a coach he should know being intelligent is no indication that you KNOW IT ALL.
    He kept listening to kojo, yet he was hearing himself.
    Pheeeew
