Should Young Chinchillas Have Playtime? (Controversy)

Hi guys, I've read a lot fo articles online "claiming" that younger chinchillas should not have playtime. You've probably been told several times that chinchillas need playtime so this might come as a shock to you. Well, this video I'm going to be going over why some advise against giving chinchillas playtime. And also giving you some of the reasons why you would want to give your chinchilla playtime. Younger chinchillas can overheat very causing blood sugar levels to drop, and many need to focus their energy on growing.To compromise I suggest you take them out for a shorter amount of time in a cool room, provide a place to hide, and have playtime next to the cage, there is nothing you need to worry about! Enjoy!
