बिल्डर लॉबीचे स्थानिक लोकप्रतिनिधींशी साटेलोटे असल्यामुळेच त्यांना सर्वसामान्य जनतेची काहीच भिती राहीली नाही. ही आजची खुपच गंभीर समस्या आहे.

Water and leakage issue.no 24/7 water facility given by Sunteck WestWorld Naigaon East builder.Only 30 minutes water.No using water.No drinking water.Worst project.No VVMC water only tanker water.

Where is Govt organizations, are they formed just to collect stamp duties and taxes? Where is RERA?
Is there any kind of nexus with builder?
