I have had the AirPods Max for about 18 months and find them delightful. Excellent sound and I made adjustments to the sound thru the iPhone. Well balanced sound and the ANC is wonderful. Integration with my other apple devices is flawless. If Apple comes out with a new pair I’m staying put.
Not sweat proof is CRAZYYYYY for the price point. I also agree on the case…. I want a case that’s gonna protect my headphones, I don’t need it to be cute. I feel like if cheaper brands can have 40hrs+ of battery life what is apple doing? 😅 I’m so sad because I really was wanting to buy them 😭
i got mine beginning of june, i love them🥰got them in green💚i even bought a better third party case and silicone covers to protect/cover the cups, cup cushions and headband so i can last longer with them

Great review. Something about how Beats AND AirPods Max’s look while on the head that looks better on most people than other headphones. I can’t figure it out except they’re slightly slimmer and closer to how the head is shaped. Maybe the lack of water resistance was a trade-off for being removable from the electronics and able to be cleaned. Apple’s website says you can remove and clean both the headband and cups. Wash the cups with mild dish detergent and a cloth. Other headphone cups are permanent.
Yes good point - I’ve washed them a few times now (I have a video tutorial doing it on my UA-cam shorts) it’s pretty quick and easy. also silicone covers to protect in the gym has been a game changer!

For what i paid, I expected more. Mine had a weird popping crackling sound when the bass hits, exchanged them and still the same problem. And there not really loud. At 50% volume setting I could barely hear the music. I sadly had to return them. Hopefully the next version will be better.

Have them! Love Them! If you’re an avid Gym Goer like myself get the silicone covers for the inside covering! If you have these you are going to want to use them while you workout!

Do the headphones have a audio leak? From what I seen from videos just at 50% vol you can hear the audio from the outside of the headphones. For the price I'm looking for a high quality headphone that blocks sound from people hearing when listening to music especially when i'm in public!

I had to get my AirPods max replaced twice already by apple care. The cause was water damage. I only use my AirPods max at work and use them 6 hrs a day.
That shi is way too expensive. Your ears will get uncomfortably hot after 10 minutes. I returned after 3 days of use. I definitely shell out 300 bucks just to have good audio for 10 minutes at a time but ain fo five hunred!!!!

XM4 is hard to use for many people like her esp connecting, turning on, adjusting etc esp transparency and noise cancelling vice versa. and earcups can get very dirty unlike in airpods max that you can easily replace earcups with different color of earcups and washable earcups...and fashionable
@@PSy84No offense, but if you can't figure out how to connect the Sony's once and just pressing the on button in the future, you're ultra tech illiterate and shouldn't trust yourself with any expensive headphones. Also there are replacement ear cups for the xm5's which have just about the best call quality, noise cancelling, and transparency modes on the market.

Apple care is still not a bad idea unless you used a credit card that covers that. It’s like $60 and it covers your $500+ headphones.
Aesthetic is almost the most important part to these.

AirPods Max aren’t made for sweating at the gym, swimming or for wearing in the rain especially if you consider the earbuds are leather.
