    I have a 23 husqvarna tx300 (xc300). Its lives up to the hype. The bike is incredible. I was going to get the beta 300 rr but the tx300 is a better bike. It always runs mint. The efi is spot on all the time. 57 hp. Instant throttle response and power, no lag, no loading up, always crisp. Glad I went with the Husqvarna.

      23 300SX - best KTM yet. It’s immense. I’ve owned carbed 300, Lectron 300 and TBI+ECU PV 300. The latter is the best yet. The Lectron is brilliant but the PV is fixed, it’s either a handful or very docile. The new bike gives you both on one map, or softer at the push of a button. It’s one of the biggest improvements for me.

    The problem with the E-starter isn't that it necessarily fails, its the cables going from the e-start into the wiring harness that I have seen get fatigued and rip over time from the back and forth motion of turning the handlebars. Hopefully KTM addressed this issue with the new models otherwise not having a kickstart will create some very unhappy customers

      Fit an override switch/wiring under the seat, just incase. I would if I owned Electric Start only. I agree with your comments, wires at head stock always break eventually, dirt bike wiring is rubbish, so much better type of flexible wires on the market.

    Crazy how they managed to get good emissions. The TBI's have to use more oil because it gets mixed again with fuel so automatically they burn more oil. Really interesting how they managed that.

    I don't think that the new 2024 model will be better than the previous models except for the throttle body injection system which is a big advantage over previous models. Тhe plastic subframe is not lighter than the completely aluminum one, it just saves KTM production money . Тhe electric power valve system is no better than the mechanical one because it probably can't be tuned to the rider's preferences. It's much better for someone instead to spend an extra 4-5 thousand euros just to be happy that his new bike has an easier to adjust suspension to keep his TPI model and spend this extra money for a more difficult to adjust but much better cone valve and super trax suspension !!! I also assume that the low end power and torque of the 2024 model will not be as good as the TPI models...Billy is a very heavy guy for the average rider and he struggle in Serbia very much with the new bike......Also in one of Billy's vlogs he asks his mechanic to put a new flywheel on the new bike but the mechanic said he hasn't received the new flywheel yet ..........so we will see maybe it's just my imagination ???

      Do you know that Manny won the race on the same new bike that is in the video? Did you know he smoked the competition? Do you know that Billy went off course and that's why he, as you say, struggled? He was in second place but went off course. Billy and his mechanic have said over and over how much better this new bike is. You will see tons of TPI's for sale real soon as people are going to really want these new TBI bikes, they are awesome!!!

Then I decided to keep my bike and spend this extra money on cone valve and super trax suspension and at the same time one of my friends also wants to sell his 2023 exc 300 and buyng the new TBI bike and he will definitely buy it. @@n.gerovski6595Not to be snarky, but I would say your friend did. My 23 TX 300 is the best 2 stroke I have ever owned, and I've owned a lot of 2Ts.The first one being a new 1978 Maico 400. The automatic power valve is a big part of the TBI engines magic. Better bottom end than my 2019 Beta RR Race which had great bottom end power.

    • @n.gerovski6595
      @n.gerovski6595 Рік тому

      @@racesla I started racing and realized that one of the main reasons pro riders are so much faster than us is the suspension. Nothing adds more to your riding than suspension. Even Manuel said it at the presentation of the new bike that he can't live without the suspension,The other thing that adds a lot to your riding is a good tire but not everyone can afford a michelin enduro xtrem nhs tire and change it every two rides everything else is pointless and irrelevant.....If you think I'm wrong try to race someone who rides a TPI bike but has better suspension than yours and someone using supersoft mousse in combination with tubeless and michelin enduro xtrem nhs tire, actually a TPI rider doesn't need better suspension ..He will beat you anyway. 😃😁 So most people buy new bikes just to make themselves happy or to make their friends jealous, not because they think straight.

    Lots of more cons. The TBi just came out for Ktm on the xc/sx line and this one is different even still. Electric power valve. Gas tank & fuel pump is garbage. No kickstarter option. And probably no capacitor again, so you can't bump start it. No fuses it has a control box type relay so you have a short it bones the whole box. Subframe is sht they said the plastic husky one was fanastic while they was snapping, liars. (To be fair haven't had the mix frame). Xplore spring forks are good the xact air was the junk ones trying to mix and have 2 diff types is gonna be problems. Pipe is still to close to everything & not one flex brackets, price will be discounted
    Pros - it has more orange & purple. Better map switch... (Hopefully a easy) Option to go to premix, a LED light finally cheap A-holes
