@@euandiffey8398 wait euan?
@@AaySSP ye who u
I'm 13 and I really want to be a product designer and this is why I'm here.
Get knowledge deeper of Material science, strength of Material, plastic, sheet metal, jig and fixture, engineering fundamental,
@LOLHMMMZZZZ how?
How is it going? Are you still trying?
Now u are 19. Are u moving towards this idea.
@@胡景翔-k7k @barbos2765 i moved into architecture for a short period and now im pursuing computer science. product design has shaped my focus in the field though, im currently designing a training apparatus for hand eye movement coordination for athletes haha. surprised people are asking me
Thank you so much for this effort, it is really helpful and your way in teaching and saying the information is really understandable 🌟
PLEASE DO MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS WE NEED IT.
According to Dieter Rams, good design:
Is innovative
Makes a product useful
Is aesthetic
Makes a product understandable
Is unobtrusive
Is honest
Is long-lasting
Is thorough down to the last detail
Is environmentally friendly
Involves as little design as possible
True. Sadly he also said he regrets being a product designer because it encourages or encouraged people to buy "stuff" they don't need. Which I get. His work is awesome. Nothing random about choosing Braun or DR. But whether we need things is debatable. Do I need a razor? You betcha. We have been designing since the first flint ax. I don't think the wheel was a "product " or as intentional. But hey Yeh. Renderers Remorse lol
According to Market a good design is one which sells more
thank you. this was very helpful. i just followed the instructions and came ip with a few ideas of mine and freshend up my drawing skills
Except for the lag this video is really good, thanks!
Try to get rid of your “hen scratching” in your sketching, specifically in you development phase. As you said yourself be confident in your lines. Great ideas and video. Where did you get the camera setup?
Also mention thick and thin lines, as you do it anyway.
where is your hand clock? inner videos person is another,,,,
"good design is as little design as possible" - my take away from this lesson.
I listened to the beginning like a podcast
The gap between two videos make it little bit complicated in understanding but afterall its a great video for beginners.
This was great video, i actually ended up sketching a speaker i was using with my laptop! The time difference was a bit annoying but great info.
a 3d printer on your bedroom desk! Epic idea!
😂😂
It would have been great to see the presentation slides.
Thank you So much, It is very inspiring
for syncing the audio download the video and sync the audio for +38 second by pressing J while playing on VLC
It's cool, you're the man, very helpful in learning
very helpful. Thanks !
Excellent
Pity about the lag between voice and sketching - otherwise great video, thank you!
First step. Learn holding your pen properly!
timing difference makes it very confusing......
Teaching Style is very engaging
11:08 "TO TAKE A PRODUCT.. FIGUREOUT WHAT ITS USED FOR.. AND STRIP EVERY OTHER FEATURE.." Damn.. Johnny Ive Been reading the same book u read or u read his books haha.. Soo.. Now we understand y Ive removed the Jack haha
Ive went too far loll
If a lot of people buy it and enjoy it, then it was the right decision. Maybe you dont like it, I myself prefer to have a headphone jack, but it wouldnt be the first time people go "oh, why would they do that, its a horrible idea" just to be proven wrong.
Which book?
please show me the slide of presentation.
Great video thanks :)
love the videos. Shabazz.
Bread goes in a toaster. Toast comes out.
Those markers look thirsty! Thanks for the advice though.
that was great, thank you
grat video, thank you so much for sharing, it , please share more thank you
but who the hell decided to merge UX/UI as product design, I don't know what to believe anymore.
I want to do product design but all I see are concepts of apps.
I got value from this despite the extremely unfortunate syncing issue. 😕
Thank you tutorial (y)
The M3D is epic
Sir pls continue making videos
Where can we view the book with all the forms in it you discussed in the beginning of the video.
horrible timing in between teacher and images ... disturbing
ur picture too is disturbing
yeap, but it is deliberate, not a horrible mistake :P
How we mix our design with 5g
IT TOOK HIM 22 MINS AND 28 SECS JUST TO START DRAWING BRUH SO LONGGG
and a cool dude!
IVE IS OUTTA IDEAS
What is the pencil name? and its color code?
what is that camera/lamp hes using to record and screen for viewers at the same time ?
It’s called an ELMO. But they are expensive, inflexible and the picture is not high quality. Just purchase a C-Stand, a DSLR and a usb capture card. Same price but more control and better picture quality.
Show me the projected screen not the lecturer!!!!
malaysian,singaporean? anw nice work man
awesome video, however annoying that the two videos differentiate after a couple of minutes
what type of Pen are you using? : )
I have the same question ...
if youre talking about the very first pen hes using its a papermate flair theyre super cheap like €1 or €2 and theyre fantastic for different line weights
Bic pen is the best
Prismcolor Premier marker
me like, thanks
hi, are you a designer also? cool!!!
There is lag in the video the more you watch it.
Video and audio not in sync, nice intro to product design though..
No audio
que pasha gozáis mas??
dont get the hp analogy
how much cups a day?
Had to stop watching at 39 minutes because the video of the drawing and the video+audio of the person is about 30 seconds out of sync.
the content is fantastic, but maan, the timing ruins much of it.
Apple designs their products to last. Wait what?
LIVE,, ?
back side videos who is?
This guy praises apple, then knocks HP for aesthetic over actual usability ect... Apple costs twice as much for more or less the same hardware... Simply because it's flashy...
Hi there! I certainly like your video. We are a 3D CAD software company researching for youtubers which could created content for us! If you want to know more please check:
I'd be happy to talk further! You can email me at shapingelements@gmail.com
