I like how the made this song retro but not in the traditional way, usually the music could be composed by emulating the Yamaha sound chip from the Sega Genesis, or the 8-bit sound chip in the NES, but no. This song has traditional, more physical instrumentation, it just has it's bit-rate compressed like a Half-Life 1998 scientist.
idk why but i like this version way more then the modern version....especially the part when the goal starts flying around and if ya know how to spindash and jump through the entire level,awesome

@@jockson7574 I know it’s on the 3DS.And 1: all of the 3DS songs are higher quality, and 2: all of the 3DS classic remixes are closer to the original versions of each theme, so this still doesn’t sound like it would be in the 3DS version.
