Wow, cool Spinosaurus model.
Spinosaurus Aegpyticus is my Favorite Largest Theropod, this figure as a whole is Amazing for me to see,and behold the size and detail that went into this lovely model, and the base is very good looking with the onchopristis.
This notification didn't pop up for some reason, great review Andy! This spino looks more stunning than papos
Incredible figure. Really the most affordable, high quality dinosaur figures available right now. Blows even Papo out of the water with the incredible level of detail and hefty size. I want them ALL! But I'll probably have to settle for the megalodon, spinosaurus, and maybe the lower priced triceratops.
This is the single best Spinosaurus model there is out there. The Papo 2019 Spino might come close, but it still doesn't measure up to the accuracy of the Pnso Spino. This destroys the schleich 2019 Spinosaurus too.
Papo's one is more accurate because this one is too thin. Also this one's fingers are.off
Yeah but Papo's looks like a fish-ogre hybrid that body builds on the weekends.
BionicleSaurus well, turns out that’s how the spinosaurus looks
great review again and oh man what a nice looking Spinoaurus! Cool that you showed some footage from the figure outside. Daylight gives you a much better idea of how that sculpt actually looks. PNSO really surprise me with their newer figures, since they look so much better than their old ones and for now they've become my second favorite company after papo
98 million years ago, my name was Essien. But after i was reborn and genetically modified, i changed my name to Tricycloplots, because i liked it.
Wow,wow, wow, this figure is AMAZING!!!, Great and awesome video Andy, very good.
Thank you!!
this thing is a beast. i dont have a spino in this scale yet so this will be my one and only one
Nice in-depth analysis.
This is one that I can't pass up.
I do not have any PSNO sculptures. Time to start with the addition of this beauty!!
It's a great way to start!!
this is the most Accurate spinosaurus i've ever seen so far. *REALLY BEAUTIFUL*
Wait until the 2020 scientific paper
Pluggo the sluggo yep, it’s still very scientifically accurate (except for the thumb)
@@hdexotic1914 not really
realmente e uma linda peça de coleção não vejo a hora de telo em mãos
Fantastic! What model do you recommend? Nick the Ceratosaurus or Essien the spinosaurus? I'm thinking to buy one of them
Hey Andy do you if this figure Will come to everything dinosaur?
It brings a tear to me eye...
Fast forward 1 year and we now know that this tail is accurate. Will be ordering one.
Chris Random yep, and still one of the most accurate spinosaurus figures ever if not the most accurate
Papo 2019:
I LOVE this spinosaurus. My only problem is that it’s on a base. I wouldn’t have minded at all if they just left out the fish. I realize it’s mostly a display piece, but it’d be nice to not be so un- useable
Thanks for that and the spinosaurus pnso looks like it's doing both bipedal and quadruple cause of the controversy of its motion
I love spinosaurus
Most accurate spinosaurus figure ever.
Mortis Ideator not anymore 😭
😂
Hello. I have got mine too. It's really beautiful and perfect.Your figure has an intense color. Mine has less intensity. But I will repaint it. The Spine and other details.
Iam wondering why you havent noticed the swim flap skin between the toes, thats the first spinosaurus figure with this feature
It's definitely quite cool!!
I love seeing companies doing things differently and not just following othera.
Wow! (1st)
pin?
I love this video and figure!
Great video!
Thank you! You were so close to being first but Gareth beat you sadly but like a second or two, lol.
Your welcome! And also it’s fine! Maybe next time!
VERY nice piece! How big is this guy next to the CollectA 2016 Carcharodontosaurus?
Quite a bit larger actually. This is a very big, and long figure.
Andy's Dinosaur Reviews Okay. How about the CollectA 2015 Deluxe Spinosaurus and Schleich 2019 Spinosaurus?
How big is he next to them?
WOW and I thought the Mattel Spinosaurus was beautiful.
Hey the link for the spino is not good 😭
Yo did you get the news about the mattel jurassic world spinosaurus coming to walmart
Sure did. I have a news video currently saving!
I'm still on the fence whether or not I should get Essien now, because if I do, I don't know where to place him... but I might just buy him and keep him in the box until I get a new place for him. But at least I now have access to a pretty good model of an ACTUAL Spinosaurus(it's still kinda skinny though..), but just ashame it's more of a statue than an actual figure like a Safari Ltd., CollectA, Papo or Schliech.
Well, it's made of pvc, very similar to those brands, and is 100% removable from the base, so I wouldn't say it's too far off from those types of figures!
@@andysdinosaurreviews you're probably right, PNSO got VERY close to making my perfect Spino, but it's just ashame that it still lacks some mass or heft to it, especially the neck and torso region...
Yeah, it's definitely thin, but maybe they were going for that look. Maybe a spinosaurus that's not so well fed, as the ribs show quite well with the sculpt. So maybe it's a bit malnourished.
@@andysdinosaurreviews probably, which would make sense why it has an Onchopristis that it freshly fished out... it would be fantastic to see a Nourished, Healthy and Bulky Spinosaurus from one of the companies that ISN'T 2014 inspired... I guess my hunt still continues...
The details are amazing as usual. The speculative paddle on the tip of the tail is nice too, but something about this guy's face seems off and what is going on with its hands?
I think the hands are just meant to appear as though it's in the process of massacring the fish.
Or do you mean the opposable thumbs? If that's what you're referring to, then sadly I have no idea.
Have you heard of Mattel Battle Damage Spinosaurus.
Yep! Made a video on it!!
Have you heard the news that Mattel are gonna re- release the spino for the Dino damage line? Meaning that Walmart will be selling them!
Yep!! I'm super excited!!
I just notice you uploaded the news for it but yeah it's gonna be amazing. I hope the only difference in the repaint is just adding the scars. I want the jp3 paint job just like the legacy collections.
From what I've read, it will be a new paint job with a never before seen battle damage feature. Maybe it'll still have the jp3 paint scheme though. Honestly, it should and would be weird with a different color scheme.
@@andysdinosaurreviews well I'm totally open for this Dino damage feature for such a huge figure, it's honestly peaking my curiosity on how Mattel will handle a new paint job for the spino. Maybe giving it a more realistic paint job like the trex?
PVC or vinyl?
PVC. I'm pretty sure all of the new Scientific Art stuff from PNSO PVC now.
He's Boitiful! Might get him down the road. Now pin me or the Spino will eat your fridge!
Great review! Im still gonna buy this guy, but boi those hands are awful, just terrible, I dont know what the heck PNSO was thinking when adding opposable thumbs to a spinosaurus, jeeez lmao
Yeah, I'm not entirely sure there. Sometimes I see things like that, or the fish like tail on the upcoming papo spinosaurus, and just assume it's them trying to be creative, or going out on a limb with ideas. More often than not though I'm probably wrong and it's just a strange oversight. I try to keep an open mind though.
It's a on cupressus Spinosaurus is pray
Its nothing like whats on the box again just like the Ceratosaurus, they should be done for mis-leading and selling, its a good model but no way near as good as the box photo.
To be fair, every companies factory releases look different than the prototypes. Papos figures NEVER look like their prototypes, neither do Safari, Dinosauria Sideshow, Chronicle Collectibles, Damtoys, Collecta, etc. I've come to terms with that long ago. The prototypes are usually always painted with much more care, and by an actual paleoartist, rather than a factory for the actual release.
The hands are kinda weird. I’m probably gonna get this guy still. I think the Rebor grab n go Spino will be better than this though. At least I hope
It's definitely got the possibility to be. Can't tell for sure until we actually get to see it in hand.
I have to say this was a great figure, but is inaccurate but today
Spinosaurus eats and meat
hands look way off to me ..
