well the air duster trick just saved weeks in production. Rather than waiting a week for the clay to dry then going in for fine details, then spritzing it with water for blending and rounding, just freeze dry for those features and wait a few minutes. Well played. I wish it worked for epoxy 'clay' for large monsters, but at least this works just fine for maquettes, masks, prosthetics, small projects. Thanks again! also, you will find tons of these neat tricks of the trade in the full courses and it's totally worth every penny when considering labor hours and deadlines for full scale projects.

The dinosaurs I make are tiny. The smallest is .3 cm and the largest up until today is 3.5 cm in length. What do you suggest for detailing on them? Should I even detail, or is painting enough?

There is no direct evidence in feathers for carnotaurus. There is a possibility but it's highly unlikely.
