Have you ever played a game of commander in which an opponent has resolved a turn 1 Sol Ring, on the play? And, they don't have so much advantage it isn't game warping? Please explain your conclusion. If you don't think that line of play is game warping, let me resolve a turn 1 Mana Crypt into a blue mana source and resolve Rhystic Study on turn 1 on the play.
In my experience, Sol Ring is bad for the format and always problematic in the early game. To the point that in our gameplay series we don't allow it in our opening hands if we mulligan
@@geeknseek ok I’m gonna confess I deleted a comment where I explained my point but then I actually did the math and I’m wrong. Holy Shite. Well appreciate the content. Thanks for setting me straight
"i would give this an A but I'll give it a B because I not interested in playing grixis." What? That makes zero sense lol.
I like you kids, entertaining to see the back and forth even though i disagree with some of the takes 😂
Sceptre of eternal glory is a flat out better gilded lotus and an almost auto include in mono colors beside green
Cool podcast Morgan I wish I had played magic with ya in high school
Have you done a tier list of win cons? If not I would like to see the crews reaction on all of them, and now they are rated.
It won't be a tier list, but next week's episode is about win cons

I just remove sol ring from all of my decks that aren't intended to be high power. I think it should be banned personally.
where are Mana Crypt and Mana Vault?
Signets are not ramp. Play on turn 2. Turn 3 play land. 3 mana plus a signet is still 3 mana. Where’s the ramp?
You pay one mana to get two
