Creating a custom Niko add-on ped in 3DSMAX isn't hard but even if so, I'm sure there are existing models out there already. I'm also sure you can find Roman's cab for GTA 5 (Niko's main vehicle in arc 1 of the story).
I remember around 2014 a map mod was posted on the GTAForums that ported the Los Santos map to GTA4 and made some decent progress for the time. They were even gonna port some Red Dead Redemption stuff too but the project was quickly shut down because of backlash from R* and the admin had to abide. Cool to see mods like this still try to exists despite the odds

not even close I've seen San Andreas with ENBs it looks nothing close to how 4 looks with them and as someone who played 4 over 300 times on consoles and recently started fiddling with the PC version I will say only the trashy ENBs on 4 look like HD versions of San Andreas but the well made ones San Andreas won't come close to looking that good and I'd easily say the same for some of the graphic mods I've seen for 5
5:14 about the first person: i wish GTA V had better first person view, using matching 3rd and first person animations, the GTA V first person uses different animations and imo looks bad and inacurated, inside de vehicle the wheel turn only 90 degres, but in 3rd person it turns alot more, like it should be, the first person also shows the weapons very different from third person, they clearly did what they could... GTA VI probably will fix that.
Problems : Animation ENB Too sharp shadows HUD does not look like GT V Textures are too bad, but you can't do much about it, but the former 4, they are a big deal
