  • Hello everyone! Today's video is an exciting one where I go over how my 2015 Dodge Charger Scat Pack has held up now that I have reached 170,000 miles! I purchased the car brand new back in 2015 and the car is my daily driver. In this video I discuss how reliable the car has been to me! Post any questions you have below in the comment section and I will do my best to answer all of them!

Nice to see you are enjoying your car and using it for its intended purpose. Too many people buy performance cars and either beat the crap out of them and pass them off to the next sucker or hide them away and never drive them. And too many people are scared of miles. Also regardless of brand all of them need to be taken care in all their moving parts as time passes so they can hold up for a long time

Billet Silver...fully loaded with every option possible...Harman, sunroof, red belts, etc. I have had to replace the water pump and NAV unit under warranty. 2nd set of Pirelli's and PowerStop pads. Also...full bumper/hood wrapped with XPEL. Never raced, never used launch control, never fried the tires...just sporty everyday driven. I've changed the Pennzoil every 2K miles. I will sell it for $60K. Yes...above bluebook but it looks and runs absolutely like new. This is the last of the SRT's and those 3 letters make all the difference. Proud to see it. Maintenance is mega important. As long we keep that up, these things will go go go. I’m at 132,500 on my 2016 Scat Shaker Challenger. I’m on original motor and trans as well. I still take mine to the track and race. Granted I have a lot of aftermarket parts, headers, tune, etc. But, these things hold up even with mods. I never miss oil changes and I keep close attention to anything that may seem off. These things will last if you take care of it. You can’t avoid cosmetic damage or wear though sadly as you showed. My driver’s seat also has some wear. I think imo, it just all comes down to how people want to treat their car. It definitely is more expensive to maintain than a normal grocery getter. And it’s okay to not be perfect.

Bro about the paddle right paddle shifter downshifting when you press it. That’s perfectly normal a friend of mine showed me that in the trackhawk, it happens when you lightly press the right paddle shifter the car will downshift, so if you ever do plan to use them again just press the paddle a tab bit harder to ensure you shift into a higher gear. Other then that great vid and good job keeping up up with the car.👍

I have been to many car meets and car cruises in it and that’s where most of my miles came from but I can say I have only had one issue was my clutch went out and that was more of my fault and also teach my family member how to drive stick lol. But yes keep your maintenance on it and it will last . I have no mods but I guess you can say just a oil catch can. But keep in mind guys yes it’s a sport car but dodge made these cars as GT cars and also a car you can abuse but of course maintain it.
