Hi Nayan, pruning is going to be key for you. Left unpruned your clematis will be long thin stems with flowers just on the end of the stems. To help it bush up, prune it to stimulate more stems to grow and then attach those stems to the supports filling any gaps. It won’t be an instant thing and may take a couple of seasons of being pruned well to truly bush up. Happy gardening!
