Quick note on the first item. Selecting rotating over fixed for your home wifi is kind of pointless as obviously it is your own home network, where it is useful is with public wifi. All rotating will do on you home wifi network is it will make tracking your device a bit more annoying as every two weeks (when the iPhone will rotate its MAC address) it will see a new MAC address. Not really an issue but also kind of pointless unless you don't trust your home wifi. Also note that iOS will automatically set to rotating on any network with weak or no security such as public wifi in Starbucks, airports, hotels, etc.
