Macaroni and Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

- These will be a hit at your next party! Or for a weekend snack while watching the game! They have a savory ground beef and cabbage filling along with some creamy mac and cheese!
Ingredients:
1/2 C finely diced yellow onion
1T butter for sauteing the onion
1/2 lb ground sirloin
1/4 t garlic powder
1 C shredded cabbage
1 small box of your favorite mac and cheese cooked according to directions
American cheese slices
egg roll wrappers

@@IntheKitchenwithKaren we have a grocery outlet that is like an overstock store. They had Annie's Mac n Cheese for 75 cents a box so I went with that. 😂 It was my first time having that brand. We always had the Kraft with the powder cheese growing up.

Oh wow, this is a fun recipe, Karen!! I've seen those Cheetos mac and cheese boxes, but we haven't tried them yet. My kids love the little mac and cheese cups for afterschool snacks so we're in the aisle often. lol This looks like a tasty way to try the Cheetos brand. Hi, Karen. I see you came out with some new videos. I am like you. Years ago, it was only Kraft doing Mac and cheese and now they have a lot of competition. I wanted to tell you that I made one of your featured recipes today, the delicious Coconut Pineapple coffeecake, and boy you are 100 percent right. Delicious, moist, flavorful coffeecake. That coconut oil does the trick. (And I even overlooked putting in the vanilla. I took it out, but since I have a. kitchen with so much stuff on the countertops, I didn't see it in time,n not until I put everything away, and that is when I saw I forgot to put it into the batter. It didn't make much difference to me since it tasted fantastic, anyway.) I recommend anyone make this. You will be delighted. My next Karen recipe will be the Napa lettuce salad with gorgonzola cheese. Not all stores stock this cheese, and I think I know which store nearby me does. Thanks for a winner!❤😂
P.S. I wanted to add that this coffeecake has a tender cake yet a contrasting sort of crunchy topping that I like.
