"The Janitor" with Carsten Lützen

This is, yet another, attempt of trying to explain what I do, and also some other Agile Coaches :).
I'm super curious to hear how do you explain what you do?
I either use the old Project Manager metaphor slightly modified with oil in an engine. Or, like this in this video the Janitor metaphor.

Thank you Carsten! I appreciate that you said that you help make the space ready for people to do good work. There is also the gardener metaphor.. but it that too slow? ...might be too slow to see results! A quick sweep makes an immediate difference. And I LOVE the no dancing on the tables part. Yes, some times we're creating slow changes, sometime it is much faster turnaround. To be honest I never thought about the time aspect as well.. Hmm...
That leaves some interesting interpretation possibilities.
Some of my good friends call themselves Complexity Sherpas, some call themselves Gardeners, so many different metaphors.
