How about they simply leave the Nickel Mines to the rightful owners and then they wont need welfare... $3 billion annually is siphoned from those mines which is taken back to Paris. France by the way does not provide them with welfare, social services is covered by the local budget. The Kanak people who refused to vote only have *THEMSELVES* to blame for losing the independence vote that they wanted…
