This is so interesting. Alaska has been losing population every year in the US. I know NZ lets in people to compensate for the departures (which AK cannot do), but considering the skill loss described by this gentleman, the exchange is a net loss for the NZ people and economy. NZ should try harder to keep its skilled young people (AK too).
