  • इस वीडियो में Dr Supriya Puranik, 7th-month pregnancy exercise(Workout During Pregnancy Third Trimester/ Pregnancy Exercise for Normal Delivery ) कोनसे करे? इस बारेमें बताने वाली है। इस वीडियो में डॉ. Pooja Jain, physiotherapist (women's health care, gynaecology and obstetrics ) इन सारे 7th Month Pregnancy Exercises का Demonstration भी करने वाली है।
    सातवें महीने में गोद भराई की रस्म होती है। इस महीनेमें हमारा बेबी २८ weeks पुरे कर देता है। उस दौरान वह १ kg का हो जाता है। इस को हम Age of viability कहते है क्योकि समय से पहले भी डिलीवरी होगई तो यह 1 Kg का बेबी NICU में struggle करता है और अच्छा हो जाता है। इस महीनेसे हमे normal delivery की तैयारी शुरू कर लेनी चाहिए और उसके लिए शरीर की strength और Stamina बढ़ानी चाहिए। शरीर के ऊपरी हिस्से strength बढ़ाने केलिए हमे wall pushups करने है और शरीर के निचले हिस्से की strength और stamina बढ़ाने केलिए wall squats करने है। इसके साथ modify pushups करने है। इस दौरान माँ का वजन बढ़ता है और balance भी थोड़ा कम हो जाता है इसीलिए इस महीने से माँ को balancing exercises करने चाहिए। बढ़ने वाले वजन वजहसे माँ का पीठ दर्द शुरू हो जाता है।

    1. Warrior pose
    2. Wall push-ups
    3. Wall squats
    4. Trikonasan
    5. Modified push-ups
    Keep breathing while doing. Generally practice after 1.5-2 hr after meal.

      Change positions. If you're sitting, try standing.

    Mam, mera 7th month chal raha hai, abhi sirf 10days mai 8th month start hoga, mere pairo mai bohot pain hote hai zeyadatar right leg, sweeling bhi right leg mai hua hai , my walk ghar ke kaam sub karte hun, jub rest lati hun thode se pain theek hota hai again phir kaam karne se baad jata hai, raat ko zeyadatar cramping hoti hai right leg mai,plzzzzz suggest me any advice to relief from leg cramping😢

      When your uterus expands, it puts pressure on certain nerves, which can trigger spasms and cause pain in your legs. Walking and then sitting and raising your legs might help keep the leg cramp from coming back. Include physical activity to your daily routine .

    Letati hu to uth nahi pati na karwat badal pati hu uthne bethne me bhi bahot mushkil horahi plz koi upay batae

    Mam mere delivery 26week 2 days per.hui hai. 3month mai sonography hui thi usmebaby mai koi problem nhi thi per 6th month jb sonography hui usme baby ko hydrocepuallaous bataya gaya dr ne kaha is bache ko rakhne ka koi fayeda nhi jv baby delivered hua to uska ear nhi bana tha nose nhi bani thi lips cut tha 2 jagha. Back bone v nhi thi hatho orpero mai total 24 fingers thi wo jinda nhi bachi ky mere 2 nd baby k sath esa to nhi hoga

    Mam meri 12 Oct ko Normal delivery hui thi n 15 Oct mera baby boy ki death ho gyi thi
    meri bleeding bht hi kam hui thi use k bad 15nov period aye the n bd me 15 days 20 days n 23days hua tha periods
    last 24 jan tym heavy bleeding hui thi n ab tk period nhi aya h
    Mam bta skte h yeh kya ho rha h

      प्रेगनेंसी के पाहिले तिमाही और तीसरे तिमाही के दौरान हीमोग्लोबिन की मात्रा 11 से उपर होनी चाहिए वही दूसरे तिमाही के दौरान हीमोग्लोबिन की मात्रा 10.5 के उपर रेहनी चाहिए।
      आपको आहार का ध्यान रखना जरूरी है खास करके हरी पतियों का सेवन आपको करना है। इसके साथ आपको खट्टे फल और Dry Fruits का सेवन करना भी बहोत जरूरी है अगर आप non vegeterian हो तोह आपको diet में chicken , meat का इस्तेमाल करना है यानि organ meat इस्तेमाल करना है आपको ये भी ध्यान में रखना है की आपके शरीर में Iron का Absorption अच्छे से हो रहा है या नहीं। तोह ये सब चीज़े आपको ध्यान में रखनी है क्यूंकि हीमोग्लोबिन प्रेगनेंसी के दौरान बहोत ही जरूरी होता है |
