Very nice. This is my second virtual trip to Andorra. The first time was when my parents came from their Andorra vacation and they did some filming for me😂 I even made a video about Andorra. So when I was watching your video everything looked so familiar like I’ve been there a few times😂. I hope to finally visit the place one day😊
Ahaha it’s really worth a visit , but it’s worth to mention that there is nothing much to do more than 2 days :)
Andorra has amazing views and the slide ride looked fun.
Great video Dasha. The little town in the mountains was spectacular. Your drone got a good workout - maybe less than you on those trails though.
Ahahaha thanks!
Beautiful impressions of Andorra Dari, The food looked amazing. Thanks for this video!
Thanks, Jeroen 🙏🏼
Andorra is absolutely beautiful! I love nature! Thank you for the video.
I agree!
To me, Andorra was just a shopping center where you can find tax-free tobacco or alcohol.
I had no idea that place was so beautiful.
Nice discovery, thank you
Glad you liked it 😊
[Chef's kiss]... This was definitely a fun adventure of Andorra, Dari! To be honest, I had never heard of the country before... I'm learning new things all the time on your channel! Gazing at all the wonderful food you and your friend enjoyed while I am waiting to go to a Mother's Day dinner is making my stomach growl. I could do without all the glitzy shopping malls ruining the natural splendor of the area, but everything else was quite interesting. It reminds me quite a bit of the Rocky Mountain region here in Colorado, especially the economically well-heeled section in and around Telluride and Aspen.
Thanks for your thoughts Dan ☺️
Nice to see you again Dari ❤and enjoy Europe so beautiful, greetings from Denmark 🇩🇰 😊😊😊
I do enjoy it a lot 🙌🏼
@@DariStep 😉🤗🤗🤗
Hi Dasha. WoW. I did not know such a place as Andorra even exists. You are lucky to have such a nice friend as Ingrid. Breathtaking. And the amusement rides, thrilling! Of course, I admire the architecture, the stone buildings. It is all so interesting. Thank You!✌️oh yes, I forgot to mention THE FOOD, FANTASTIC!
Thanks for the comment Wayne 😊
You make a good point mentioning that what is at best is around a 20% discount makes it not profitable to go for shopping all the way to Andorra. It's even worse in Dubai or the so-called tax-free stores in airports. Good for you when you realize such a fact at a young age.
Andorra is definitely a little hidden gem that I would agree with.
That was such a nice little tour of a beautiful and interesting little country!
Thanks William 🙌🏼
Dari, you put together an interesting video and I appreciated the scenery. Happy to see you two enjoying yourselves. Take care and best wishes.
Thanks, Brandon ☺️
Beautiful place! Looks like you two had a great time. I bet it's great all year there.
Yes I agree 🙌🏼
Andorra looks amazing. The nature amusement park looked like a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing your adventures. Safe travels and best wishes always.
Thanks John 🌞
Hi Dari thanks for the commentary! another wonderful video, it's nice to see Ingrid again!
Omg Michael, thanks a lot 🙌🏼☺️
Besides Andorra, there are three other postage-stamp size countries in Europe: the Vatican, San Marino and Monaco. Protectorates of bigger and more powerful neighbors. Some people would include Liechtenstein and Luxembourg but those are actually countries! 😊
I’ve been in Vatican :) Others are on the list 😊 but probably not this time ahaha
Great video, Dari! :) I've been intrigued by Andorra (and really all the micro-states in Europe), so I was looking forward to seeing this and you didn't disappoint. :) The scenery is fantastic and no doubt, people can hike their way to health! I think it'd be a nice place to go for a calm, relaxed day on a vacation; Andorra looks very peaceful! Thanks for all the work you do!
Yes I totally agree with you 🌞
Dari Thanks Much !.......
Oh my, that meal...what perfection! i love finding little secret places like that by surprise when traveling and hungry
We also drove there from Barcelona couple of years ago. What an experience!
Did you notice you can buy 95-97% alcohol from a grocery store there for just a couple of euros 😆
Well I think it’s all around Spain like that 😂
Oh ok, have not noticed it being sold in Spain. In Andorra it was in same shelf with vodka, ron etc.
Yay the happy Dari Step is back.... I am happy too...
😁😁
Hi, I saw many Andorra videos and I like yours the most. It had spectacular aerial shots and you made a point that the shopping prices are not that much less (except that it's duty-free. But still worth coming for the trails and snow. It has extremely low crime rate and no army and the second highest longevity. All in all - a paradise on earth! Thanks for the video
I even wrote in patreon asking if you were doing a video on Andorra and now I know. It's most unique because it has two rulers - Spain and France.
Thanks a lot Chinh 🙌🏼
I am a ham radio operator and worked a station in Andorra a few years ago on high frequency band (40 meters). There about 80 ham radio operators there. Interesting because I wasn’t aware of that country.
My call sign is WA4AMG and I had it since 1962.
Great video. Thanks.
Thanks!
Thank you for sharing your experiences. Your videos are very informative and well made. Please upload more often.
Thanks!!
Andorra always catches my eye! As always great video and so funny and heartwarming to see you both have fun in the park :D :) Thanks for the adventure!
Thanks for sharing your opinion ☺️
I learned so much about Andorra! Great video.
Thanks!
How beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
I'm so jealous!!! I've wanted to go to Andorra for so long now. I hope you loved it
I so did 🙌🏼
Wow, that was amazing. Great video.
It's fun to see you in landscapes that are so familiar to us! 😊 And of course, trying some of the wonderful cuisine!!!!!
What a beautiful country! Thank you for sharing!
Always wanted to see Andorra.
I've been to San Marino, the Vatican, the Principality of Monaco and Liechtenstein. Now I miss only Andorra and Luxembourg to complete my tour of all European microstates (yeah, I know that Luxembourg isn't technically one, but it counts for me, lol).
Ahahah wow that’s amazing! From all these places I only visited Vatican ahah
Your enthusiasm is very infectious your heart and soul shines in your videos. Andorra looks an amazing place to visit and the prices are very reasonable.
Thanks for your comment ☀️
Loved this video!👍👍 You girls look like you had a blast!
Magnificent photography of a picturesque country, Dari! Your wonderful travel videos keep getting even better.
Thank uuu Peter
Thank you for showing me a country I didn’t know much about. I always enjoy your travel videos)) Keep up the great work Dari!
Great video, thank you. The rose coloured top at the end is a particular colour that suits you
Excellent restaurants, a comfy and inexpensive hotel, and loads of beautiful places to hike or otherwise play in the natural world? That sounds like a dreamy place to visit!
True :))
Really like the flying footage you take looks brilliant 😎👍
You're the perfect travel guide 😍
I’m trying to be 😁
Amazing!
Nature It is like a little Swiss with this old stone houses. 👍
Oh my gosh Dari the views there were absolutely stunning. It really looks like a great little Country to visit. Thanks so much for this video because it was very uplifting to watch.
Thanks for such nice words 😊
@@DariStep You are most welcome Dari! I am so proud of you and what you are accomplishing. Your refreshing videos are always most appreciated by a vast majority of us.
This is amazing it's like I imagine it will be like
Absolutely stunning. Beautiful terrain. The mountains are similar to the mountains where I live. Simple,Easy, Laid back living
Thank you!! This is the most I have ever seen of Andorra!! Seems to be a really beautiful place. Have a nice new week!!
Thanks, you too!
What a nice village and country! Beautiful views. Lots of fun things to do. I really liked those red and green lights in the sidewalks. Never saw that before. Daria, you're getting better at describing the local cuisine. It looked delicious. Always keep in mind that your viewers can't taste the food that you eat nor can they smell the aromas of the food. People not only travel to see the sights, they want to eat different food and drink different beverages and smell different flowers and forests. So take a little more time to describe those sensations. It will make your videos even better. Because of your videos, I really want to visit Barcelona and Andorra some day.
I’ll note that, thanks 🙌🏼
Andora, I didn't know where it was.
Nice presentation, Dari! Yes, definitely go back for the skiing -- one ski pass allows you to access most of the major ski resorts/areas.
What a beautiful video Dari! I know Andorra, it is very nice surrounded by the Pyreenes mountains. The nature is amazing! Very happy you enjoyed this journey. Thank you very much Dari Your videos are always incredibly beautiful.❤💚💙
Thank you Gabriella 🥰
Thankyou for sharing Andorra. Beautiful. The microstates, I know very little about them and forget about these places. There’s over 50 ski resorts here, but I haven’t been yet.
Thanks DARI for everything you do for us 💯 i always love watching your videos ❤️ still think you are so GORGEOUS 😍 keep up the great stuff you do for us 🤗 please take care of yourself and be safe beautiful DARI 🙏❤️🤗✌️
This is my 2nd virtual trip to Andorra. Reminds of the the huge outlet malls near where I grew up as the state did not tax clothing & food ( food out of grocery stores, not the resteraunts surrounding the outlet malls) like in the surrounding states. (states=similar to a Krai I believe in Russia, a different governed territory) Big difference is the amusement parks, the huge plastic slide, and the walking trails. They never incorporated those into the outlet malls. Andorra is touristy but all great fun from what I have observed. Any thin cement curved shelled buildings by Santiago Contraves or Felix Condella in future videos. ( probably misspelled their names)
Hi Dari and hi Ingrid nice countryside there,i have been there once nice place, take care
This makes me want to visit Andorra!
Another lovely video. Great views and amazing food. Lucky you were very hungry! Always love snowy mountains, pity you did not try the cable car but the walks were great and such a great ride in the forest - great idea I've not seen before.
Thank you Allan ☺️
I was in Andorra on a family Holiday... A long time ago.... We had a Car and Caravan... The brakes almost burnt out on the way down the Mountains!!! But it was worth it for the beauty of the Mountains they have there..... :-))) xxxx
Oh wow 😯
@@DariStep Enjoy your time there Dari.... :-)) xxxxxxx
Magnificent aerial photography. The chill attitudes of the Spanish is the way to go. Never been in the Catalonia or the Pyrenees and want to visit - looks spectacular. Good also to get the local knowledge from Ingrid about the general customs of the place. 😊😊Such a bargain as well - 20 euros for the huge size lunch of great tasting food for both of you is very good value. Did not realize Catalonia is the home base of Salvador Dali - one huge added artistic bonus to the place.
Yeah exactly!!!
That was a wonderful little excursion to a place I have heard of but know very little of. In fact I didn't realize it was an independent country. The food looked delicious. I got hungry just watching the pictures of it! Thank you for bringing us along to experience Andorra vicariously through your travels. Stay safe.
Thanks a lot!
I had never even heard of Andorra before your video, Dari. That looks amazing. Thank you for showing it to us. 👍
Thanks for your comment :)
@@DariStep Most welcome!
Those mountain coasters through nature always look like fun :)
Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
very interesting
Ok, I'll be honest, I don't recall hearing of it. But, it is amazingly beautiful! thanks for sharing
Thanks for your comment!
🤘
look very fun
Livin' la Vida Buena!
Thank you Dasha for your great video shooting and for doing it in 2K resolution. I feel like I was just there in the cool mountains of Andorra! It really looks beautiful on my 42" 4k screen.
Glad you noticed that I’m trying to improve the quality ahaha
Riding a bicycle in Andorra seems lit it would be challenge because of the many hills.
2 Beautiful ladies in the Beautiful scenery
We never got passed the huge commercialised bit because we only went for the day. Think it was a good decision to stay overnight.
Definitely not what I thought Andorra would be like. Very enjoyable video!
What did you expect of Andorra before?)
@@DariStep I guess I thought it would be a sleepy little backwater not a tourist attraction. And those mountains! Wow. I knew it was in the Pyrenees, but I just had no idea. American education doesn't include much geography.😉
I love Pyrenees towns and attractions. Across the whole chain, in France, Andorra, and Spain, from the Basque side to the Catalan side, I found beautiful nature, lovely stone buildings, delicious food and wine, inspiring wildlife, and general good living.
The shopping side of Andorra, with its silly tax-aversion appeal (people want to have the benefits of taxation, but complain about paying, and they usually prefer that other people do the paying) is limited to a few areas. This hokey free-trade thing has made the place a shopping hub, which at least brings a lot of products to region, saving the locals some travelling. Of course, as you point out, it doesn't make much sense to drive to Andorra from neighboring countries just to shop. If you're going there to enjoy the region, however, the shopping doesn't hurt too much.
Thanks for the tour. Be well.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts 💭
Looks nice! Never knew first language is catalan so learnt something !
Well, Dubai isn't a parliamentary democracy like Andorra.
Well that’s true)
Fun
I went to Andorra, but mostly for shopping. You had much better time! 😀
Ahaha I suppose thats the reason why most people go there
Andorra looked a beautiful country l think you smiled more (happy ) than others of your video and excellent English all the way well done.
Thanks!
Nice food!
😊
💯👍
Dari : Andorra is very picturesque ; ie , spacious, snow - covered vista's : it also has nearby , affordable overnight accommodations . Skiing, hiking & that lunch that was more the size of a dinner--- yes ! I would travel there . Your video topped off my Sunday evening . Thank you so much (spseba ). did I spell that correctly ?
Almost :) Spasibo for sharing your thoughts 💭
There is a song called "The Grave" by Don McLean. It is a very famous anti war song from the Vietnam War days. It would be a very relevant thing to translate that song into Russian. It's a easy song to play. It occurred to me that you could translate that. You might have to tweak it some. All you need is a guitar player and probably a girl to sing it in Russian. Seriously, listen to that song.
hey, when you asked where to go I told you to go to Andorra and now you were there
Interesting area. In 1278 in order to avoid a war in Andorra the bishop of Urgell (the bishop of Catalonia) and the President of France agreed to be co-princes of Andorra. While they have many powers in Andorra they still have less power than the government of Andorra.
Prior to adoption of the constitution of Andorra in 1993, Andorra paid in odd-numbered years a tribute of approximately $460 to the French ruler, while on even-numbered years, it paid a tribute of approximately $12 to the Spanish bishop, plus six hams, six cheeses, and six live chickens. This medieval custom was subsequently abandoned in 1993.
In 2009 the then-president of France Nicolas Sarkozy threatened to quit as co-prince of Andorra if Andorra refused to change its tax laws so that it would no longer be recognized as a tax-haven. Despite his threat Andorra refused to change its tax laws and Nicolas decided not to quit. Interesting to note that later on Nicolas was imprisoned by France for a year for breaking a financial law and it is possible that he might face more jail time for receiving over 50 million euros from then-dictator Muammar Gaddafi in exchange for favors.
Andorra Cool 😁👍
I was wondering if you were going to tour Andorra since it is close to Barcelona
Beautiful country. Amazing views. Nice tiny villages and I can't get over how clean everything is
That slide looked like it was fun 😂
Looked like you had a fun time there
Great video Dari
Thank you
👋😁
Of course I’d not miss such opportunity ahahha
@@DariStep 😁👍

In a valley, you got to call out Cooeeeeegh. It should repeat especially at night. I got one to go 8 repeats. No one around Tasmania. Cooeeeeeeegh, .
Dari has a wonderful life. Travel around the world. You don't need a college and work 🙂
Always loved Andorra . I'm a driver but cannot go there right now .
Street-view Google Maps is a slight consolation , much cheaper than the fuel 😄
Or my UA-cam videos ahahah))
@@DariStep 😄 Very True 😍
Hi Dari, nice to see you again. Look like you're settling in well and are happy. Won't you consider doing a collab with @HalfRussian ? He and his family (wife and little boy, Baghdan) are trying to settle in Colombo, Sri Lanka. His Channel needs a boost and it won't hurt yours either. Think about it. That would be awesome connecting all the Russians outside of Russia with one another. He already had a collab with Konstantin from @InsideRussia .
Nice video Dari, great to see you.
Oh you smoke? Didn’t know :)
I don’t smoke :) cigarettes weren’t mine
All that shopping and you couldn't buy some hiking boots to take the difficult trail? Shame.
😂
Hello how are you and nice video and nice and very beautiful lady 💯💐🌹🏵️🌼🌷🌺🥀🌻🌸
Hmmm, wrong comparation, Dubai and Andora?. Andora is mutch closer to... hmmm. The most simmilar political entity is San Marino. Even Monaco, but Monaco is insanely rich, Andora is just rich. Like France, if we want to compare it with some country. Btw, France is everything else but not the richest european country. In Europe almost do not exist state simmilar to City of Dubai. Monaco is closest but not by size. Dubai is insanely rich, but United Arab Emirates are not. Qatar is insanely rich for example. Monaco, Lichtenstain, Qatar, Louxembourg, Norwey and Switzerland. The richest countries in the world.
I compared because of no taxes policy and a huge number of shopping malls :)
Well where is tiny Dubai? Everything looks like typically Spanish
Tiny Dubai? ROFL!
Because it’s full of shopping malls and no taxes :))
@@DariStep oh ok, understood. Are the shopping malls cheaper than other places?
You can now just walk into the US from the Southern Borders... maybe the easiest border entry
I’m good to travel there by plane one day lol
ARE YOU VAXED DARI?
I must start to explore Spain more there`s so many beautiful places to go and stop going down the beach all the time🏖🏊 , but ATM i`ll just carry on watching Dari 😍😎its easier, wow you must be a mountain expert by now only the Himalaya`s and a trek up mount Everest 🏔to go 😲
Congratulation's to the restaurant you don`t get a great review from Dari if your not good as she`s give`s an honest opinion to say the least.
Here`s something to try Dari `Fidencio` Crianza red wine from Mercadonna its only 1euro 65 and its my favourite i think its unbeatable for taste and price but i`ll be interested to know what the famous food and drinks critic thinks 🍷, don`t buy the cheaper version as crianza means it has been aged for at least 2 yrs and at least 6 months in oak barrels 👍
You could make a video Spanish red wine tasting say get your friend to buy 10 bottles of wine from cheap to expensive and you do a blind taste test and rated them from 1 to 10 🍷🍷🍷🍷
Oh wow that’s such a cheap wine! I need to try it 😁
