As we have any... ;-) Nah, we have a few thousand soldiers that served in UN peace keeping missions and then we have a handful of men, still alive, that actually partook in a real war: Volunteer in the Finnish winter war and volunteer to the Waffen SS. (about 600 swedes fought in Waffen SS).
Awesome review, RR. I could probably eat those banana bars all day long. Always have been a laffy taffy fan. Wishing you and Mrs. RR a great week. So looking forward to more reviews from this trailer.
The artificial banana flavouring is based on a banana that doesn't exist anymore.. It's based on the Gros Michel banana... The ones you buy now are Cavendish bananas...
so the yellow ribbon is a thing to symbolize supporting soldier at least in the US it used to show you supported the troops I'm guessing the sweeds followed in that
I've only served obligatory time in the Norwegian army and we had access to to cantile, when not on exercise. But in a war situation, wouldn't be 3-4.000 calories be almost half of what you would need? Heavy marching, freezing conditions, running and so on. Why don't they make a 7.000 calorie version?
You didn't give the weight of the pack. So it's not possible to calculate the caloric value per gram. If it weighs as much as I suspect it does (around the 2kg mark) the given (3600kcal) food value might be a bit low.
It's not 'blah band'. In Swedish 'å' is pronounced like 'oa' as in boat, not 'ah'. So 'blå' is like 'blow' in English. 'Blå Band' in Swedish means 'Blue Ribbon' in English.
@@the80hdgaming fair enough, although I thought the swedes would want the main text in swedish, with English just listed somewhere. Oh well, you learn something everyday 👍🏻
The yellow ribon is a support for swedish veterans🇸🇪
Awesome! Thanks for letting me know

Missed the live airing but catching up now. Love these reviews. Keep them coming.
Love the Blå Band!
Fold out the bottom by ripping apart the side tabs a few centimetres.
It will sit flat on the table.

Hi Ready!
Swedish are great; I loved menu 28 from thier arctic menus!
Take care!
Hi, Ready. Even in Europe, we rarely use decilitres. It's millilitres, centimetres and litres.
I use it every day. More then litres. or they are on the same scale and deciliter is easy to use in your every day.
Nearly everything I saw beverage wise in France was and nearly all draught beers were
With the climate variations in Sweden, I’d definitely appreciate that field ration.

Rogan Josh is a wonderful Indian dish - although I'm used to having it made with lamb.

That oatmeal looks as if you can use it to make pancakes...
Surprise hotdogs are great on corn tortilla too.
What's a surprise hotdog? 👀

Got anymore of those menus? I'd be willing to trade a brand new French RCIR (menu H or I) for one. I'm in the states too.

All they need is a small bag of traditional gummy Swedish fish and they are golden lol!
Haha
good content- any way I would recomend to put the sugar aside and check your insuline
Have question.
Do you think Imp canadian Ration are still good to eat?
Have a bunch here.
Hey you and Steve1989 would probably have blast
Steve always thanks him in every video at the end and think they trade rations consistently
@6:17 thats what she said. 😅
My ex-wife's favorite artificial flavor was banana. Talk about a red flag.
Chunky but goes down easy is the 4th line on my resume
I looked some of these up unfortunately $80 is a little steep for me.
The hardest thing about the Swedish ration is the assembly.

the lunch main would be right up my curry loving alley
Where can you get this MRE package?
Ebay has them but they are super expensive mostly due to the shipping.
START ADDING WARM WATER TO THESE SOLUBLE POWDERS THEN THEY TASTE BETTER LIKE THE MILK OR POLISH GRANULATE TEA
You need to do some type of French ration
I have a couple RCIR reviews on the channel and I'll certainly be doing more French content in the future.
You are right, two decilitres is 200 ml.
1000ml=100cl=10dl=1 liter
Butt rations are important, not as important as sugar , but close .
In afrika this is a 24 day ration...............🙃
A rashin from Japan 🇯🇵
The Swedish ______is known for its quality. Just fill in the blank.
Creamer & sugar, salt & pepper and hot sauce missing imho.
Yeah, I found it a little odd there were no flavor enhancers. Dinner could have used some.
Let's see a Mongolian MRE😂
I Reviewed one already! It was posted last year. Such a cool Ration
Sabaton❤
Oh wait, it's not
Just another dude trying to be Steve1989
US ration is one of worst mostly filled with filler and sugar only 220 gram main meal 🤮 this one is pretty good 👍
Bla bla bla bla bla bla. Good MRE review🤣
Yellow ribbon means fight the breast cancer!
I thought that was pink?
The sayings are from murphy’s laws of combat. Genius. 🤘
Kashmir is indian.
Interesting how everything is labelled primarily in English 🤔
NATO Standards... All NATO member countries rations have English...

Most products in these rations are also sold commercially so these individual items might be sold in an English speaking country as well.
Så jävla ynkligt att vi inte skriver på svenska!
