  • You don't need to present your perfect self, especially when witnessing your faith.
***We are taking a short summer break and decided to play some of our favorite episodes. New episodes will resume in a couple of weeks, and we hope you enjoy these reminders in the meantime. God bless - Pat and Chris

Hosts Pat Lencioni and Chris Stefanick give a daily reflection for Christians in the workplace.

I just wanted to thank you and Pat for the 3 minute reset video. It has been a real help to me recently.
I met Chris in Glasgow a few years ago, and I have always followed and listened to his work.
Thanks again and God bless you both. ❤

Just yesterday i revealed that in order to do something, i'd have to first read up on help files. Normally I'd do the reading, then perform/fix the issue for the person. But revealing my vulnerability Actually allowed me to get "off the hook" (& not have to do the task)... Them: do you have any ideas on this? Me: Yeah, read the help files; this product has changed so much since I last used it, I don't know anymore! (I.e., do it your dang self! I caught this same person pulling back channel shenanigans, so I'm no longer inclined to indulge her as much as I used to with my patience and generosity!!!)

Even in religious life, I struggle with vulnerability. It is hard not try to be the sister I think the world expects to be. Then there is the pressure of living up to the self proposed expectations. In the end vulnerability is easier and the route that should always be taken without shame.

Thank you for sharing sister! 💕 Sister Miriam James Heidland, SOLT, is a great example of someone who is a religious and a sister 🙏💕
