I think people should come together and speak up on situations like this to bring awareness and to keep this from happening to others. We all work too hard for our hard earned money to allow scammers to get away and not face consequences. It’s time for everyone to speak up and expose them. We can’t sit back and be quiet because this will only allow more people to be scammed out of their hard earned money. It is very unfortunate that many of us from the diaspora doesn’t know the land laws in Ghana and are trying to establish life in Ghana with good intentions only to be taken for granted by another person from the diaspora. That’s really wicked! Amerikka is hard it just looks glorified on tv. The only thing free in America is the air we breathe and soon they may start charging for that next. So we work hard for every dollar we get which doesn’t come by easy. It doesn’t matter what country you live in if this has happened to you or is currently happening stand up and don’t be quiet about it. The more we come together the better we are. I know this topic is a touchy subject but so is our hard earned money!

Thank you for the video Tony and Ayo you are an inspiration to me, Medaase. Folks please, please, please get a good lawyer in Ghana and have the lawyer guide you through the process of buying land, even if you find a one-stop-shop. "Possession is everything when it comes to buying land in Ghana" that is what I was told be a lawyer there. So you may get an indenture, a title but you must also play the Possession game. Build a wall and start building.
I can tell you stories...
Lawyer up folks, lawyer up. And get a thoroughly vetted lawyer. Don't get scammed.
P.S. Stay away from the builder whos company name rhymes with the word "Bucasa"

@@dandiablo3809most likely it is her. That’s how she treats her paying clients as well once she gets your money and you begin to inquire on updates about Your land! Unfortunately for me she sold me encroached land and has yet to send me my FULL refund!!! On top of that when we received our indentures 7 months later our indentures were in the Bodley’s name as well as ours 😳. The way this lady got toxic with me for telling her facts about her unprofessional business practices, her nasty attitude, her lack of communication, her lack of customer service, and lack of professionalism was disgusting. She who is from the diaspora ( USA) and promoting the diaspora to come home is actually getting over on the diaspora!!!! She has so many clients upset with her due to her bad business practices and she will NOT take accountability at ALL. She doesn’t know what she is doing even though she puts on for UA-cam!!! She put my family and I in a very bad situation which could have caused us to be in trouble legally by selling us land that was already sold. Not only did she sell it to us she sold it to the Bodley’s first but took back their land because she is a narcissist and you are not allowed to challenge her with questions plus she over sold the land!!! Then she sold it to us but told us it was virgin land and no one had ever owned the land before LIESSSS. She set up a land tour with us prior to receiving our indentures which is before we found out the land was in the Bodley’s name and we flew all the way to Ghana ( remember flights and airbnb are costly) only to checkin and see her go live and this woman extended her tour around Africa and didn’t notify the 3 families who flew in to see their land for a scheduled appointment she booked with us being one of them!!!! I won’t mention the other 2 families however 1 got their money back and the other couple is in too deep and is a really nice couple! It’s so much with this lady too much to type!!! Now she is looking for sympathy on her channel from her subscribers stating everyone she refunded is telling lies on her. One thing about me is I’m not going to lie on Anyone or defame anyone but what I will do is tell facts backed up with proof. Those land search documents from the Cape Coast land commission is valid proof for the land encroachment and all those errors in the indentures are evident. She blamed poor Joe stating she had to FIRE him because he messed up my indentures when we all know Joe doesn’t handle the administrative tasks he was the building project manager!!! What she portrays on UA-cam is definitely not what it’s like when she gets your money which by the way she is over charging every one from the diaspora. That big mansion she is building Joe her loyal employee built for free while she triple and quadruple the prices on her own people she says she is helping!!! She has been in business since 2021 and doesn’t have not one completed house yet. The only two houses that are up but not completed is her mansion and the Blair family ( this house should have been finished in 6 months honestly). The Bodley’s land was taken from them by Aleta and they was forced to move on. They have since moved on with the Royal Kingdom Estates after going through those traumatic events with Ghana Consultations and their new house is finished before any of Aleta’s home she is building. How is that 😳? More and more people are coming out to tell their stories of what they went through with this lady. Please don’t protect people like this speak up and come with facts so she can’t say anyone is lying on her!!!! I’m tired of her treating people who work hard and decide they want to build a life in Ghana and then they hire her company only to go through the most stressful and disrespectful events!!!! It’s time to speak up about people like this and fight for your hard earned money back!!!! This narcissistic woman said she was going to refund us All of our money back almost a month ago now but is now saying she wants the Chief and her employee Joe to help her pay back the money. I didn’t send money to the Chief or Joe!!! My wire transfer receipts are in her name only as we hired her company. Pay us our money and send the wire transfer receipts as proof of payment just like we send to her when we send her our money plus she makes us pay ALL the fees on our end and hers when we are sending money to buy land and to build!!! This has been the biggest learning experience and I definitely wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I do advise others to please be aware especially those in the diaspora who are not familiar with how things are done in Ghana when buying land so you don’t end up in a situation like this. I have definitely learned a lot from this experience and will have an attorney who the US Embassy recommended licensed in America and Ghana going forward.
Tony hasn't said it yet but I know he has or will definitely buy a land in Ghana and build some day. He loves Ghana too much not to.
Too much problems of buying land in ghana, not everyone is patient, too bad for ghana.

With regards to the “lease” which can be disturbing to some, it is a way that lands are registered in Ghana. After the lease period, the land is re-registered at a minimal fee. No official has and will ever take the building from the owner.

Look guys lease is lease or should I say rental. You don’t own the land At All! Not encouraging unless that’s what you want to do.
Is the lease renewable? Can an expat ever gain citizenship and thereforefore ownership in Ghana? Can one establish a homestead?
The lease is renewable at end of the lease.
What about free hold Land
There's no freehold in ghana. The land stays to the indeginous and local chiefs and leased
