An artist who's famous two eras before him and already a legend before Chris made a name for himself is bowing down to him. Shows how he earned his place and respect as one of the greatest frontmen of all time!
It's one thing for the younger cat's to pay tribute to Cornell. But for the previous generations, it's really something. None of us will get over this. Incomprehensible.
It's good that a legend played tribute to Chris Cornell as well. Aerosmith has been a band longer than I have been alive. Steven Tyler also went through his struggles with addiction and he is still here to tell the tale. The first time I heard Chris Cornell's voice I was seven years old. My babysitter was watching the music video playing on TV, Soundgarden and Audioslave bring back good memories when I was young. Chris Cornell will be missed.
Looking at all the different bands that paid tribute, he was clearly one of the most loved and respected men all around the industry. Every type of band out there seems to owe a lot to him.
For a long time I couldn't see the forest through the trees...meaning I was spoiled by Chris's genius and took it for granted...recognize genius when it happens and appreciate it...Chris was a special talent...once in a generation.. one of a kind
Fucking brought tears to my eyes just hearing this knowing the legend Chris Cornell was as singer and song writer and that Aerosmith is just the fact that someone as huge as them would honor him this way speaks volumes we lost a godly voice that won't be forgotten.
Chris was and is respected and loved by ALL. If a person can’t tap into Chris’ frequency and realize the gift he gave us then I feel sorry for them. He screamed our pain so we don’t have to. Incredible gift.
I just have a whole deeper respect for Steven Tyler. I've always loved him, but seeing him bow to Chris was so respectable. Great Tribute, I just wish more musicians would pay Chris the tribute that he deserves, like Steven has here.
We've lost many music icons over the years, but I must say that the amount of love and sorrow, expressed by people around the world in reaction to Chris' death, is absolutely phenomenal. The outpouring of grief and shock from fans, the media, and especially fellow singers and musicians, is a tribute not only to his talents, but to his character as well. So many fans have expressed their gratitude for his inspiration, and for his music getting them through some very dark times in their lives. The musical tributes from his peers, in respect and admiration for one of the nicest people in the business, is overwhelming. It will take awhile, but I intend to watch every single one of them. RIP Chris Cornell. You stood among giants, and towered above them. <3

I don't recall so many artist doing tributes before. Right after they pass. It really shows how many were touched by him. Seems magical....
Amazing band, beautiful song, and great tribute to Chris Cornell.

Cornell's art enriched my life for decades and will continue to do so. Gratitude.

Wow. A legend paying respect to another legend with an iconic song. Well done Mr. Tyler
I'm just remembering that time Chris apologised to Steve for beating him out of the metal Grammy.
A true class act. Much respect. R.I.P. Chris... you will be sorely missed.
Why would 500 people dislike them doing memoriam for Chris Cornell how could you be so cold-hearted
I’m glad that so many artists have paid tribute to Chris as well as Chester Bennington and such a wide variety of artists too.
