Along with going straight to the answers first and marking out the wrong codes first BEFORE looking at the case..

Can you cover some time saving techniques for the exam? For example, how some numbers mean right/left/unspecified or maybe good areas to book mark? General time management techniques of all types would be great

The question I keep coming up with, Is how do you know which book to look at first, ICD-10-CM or CPT or do you use both when it comes to coding?
