hi Mrs J i followed your class, can you tell where to find the guideline in the icd 10/book 2024,pease

Depending on the publisher it could be in many places but for the most part they are found in the front of every chapter.

At the beginning, in the summery of the guidelines it mentioned that type 1 diabetes is insulin dependent and then later of the video ( at the last scenario) it was said type 2 diabetes are insulin dependent. Completely confused 😅. Also, was mentioned that if type of diabetes is not specified then it means it is type 2. I didn't get, we consider unspecified type as a diabete type 2 or give it code as a unspecified type..help😅
