Hi Victoria, thank you for making this helpful video! In regards to the second to last example question, would it matter which code was sequenced first? The bladder and renal calculi.

There are no ICD-10-CM sequencing guidelines surrounding these codes and neither takes clear precedence.

Go to your index. Look up "vasectomy reversal." It points you to 55400. Same procedure, different way of saying it.

Hi Victoria! I will be taking my online aapc exam in a couple of months and I wanted to ask if you have suggestions on how I could highlight the key words in a case? (Just like how you highlight key terms in the case reviews) is a pen and notepad allowed during an online exam?

With the online exam you are permitted a whiteboard only and you can use a dry erase marker on your computer monitor as well. Nothing is permitted on your desk except for a beverage, the whiteboard, marker, and your coding books.
