Hi Che. Thanks for the video. I have the same gate motor but it will randomly not open. I put a new gel battery last year and the installers are unable to diagnose the actual issue. I don't want to go down the road of just replacing parts as part of a process of elimination and would like to find the root cause. Are you able to help advise please?

Can you perhaps show where the mains cables go to supply power?

Hi, sorry for the late response. The main cable should be a 24-pin connector and plug into the 24-pin spot on the board.
