Can you answer this question? What causes my 2012 forester with 77,000 miles start shuddering around the speed of 38-40 miles and the rpm drop down. It sounds like I’m running over the rumble strips in the road. And then it stops. I feel a vibration in the steering wheel and on the floor board before it happens, it is now starting to doing this at any speed at any time it wants. I also hear a howling sound, but I can not hear where it is coming from, front or back due to hearing impair. Can you help me. The mechanic put an anti slip oil in the transmission when I took it to Subaru dealer for up keep. This all started after I took it to Subaru dealers to have all the oils changed and up keep when I first bought the car at 60,000 miles. Can you help me define what is going on?
